"I bought some items from here as part of a groupon deal. It all went downhill from there. I actually have two orders because I bought two groupons. I paid for the economy shipping and expected my items in 14 days. I was sent an email after 7 days saying that an item on each order was out of stock and would not be restocked so I would have to pick new items. This frustrated me because they were in stock online. I work in the retail field and I know it is not difficult to create systems that double check stock before confirming an order. I rolled with it and picked two more items. On one order I got confirmation that the item I picked as a replacement was put in. I had to email to get confirmation on the second. A week later (thats 14 days now) I still had not recieved a tracking number confirming my order had been shipped. I sent another email explaining my situation and asking for some information on what was happening. I got an email back saying that my order would be filled and sent to me by the next Wednesday. On Tueday I had not heard anything so I sent another email asking about status. I was emailed back that my order had just shipped and I was given a tracking number. To their credit they did overnight the items. When I recieved my order (they put both orders together) I noticed I was missing an item. The bag in the shipping bag actually noted on it that an item was missing. I never received ANY notification that an item would be missing from the latest shipment. I had to send ANOTHER email asking about this. I was told I had another item that was out of stock and would not be restocked. At that time I was told I could either pick another item or get sent a gift certificate. I chose the gift certificate because the items were gifts for my wife and I wanted her to be able to pick what she wanted. The gift certificate was for $35.00. Now, I am happy that I eventually got my items and that I got a little compensation for the time and effort I had to spend making sure I got my items but $10 over what I paid for the item will only cover the economy shipping for a new item. At this time it seems that this company will only do the bare minimum required to sell you an item. Even then it seems that it takes some effort on the customer side to make sure they are moving things along. The only reason I would buy here again is that I have a gift certificate. Other than that I'll take my business elsewhere. "
"Communication and shipping were terrible. Took over two weeks for my items to even ship, and there was no communication from SpicyLegs. I had to email them to see what happened to my order. Once it actually was shipped it came fairly quickly (although, still not the day it was promised to me). The items I ordered were as I pictured them. I don't know that I would order from them again, though."

Your customer service told me part of my order wasn't being shipped and when it was I would get an email telling me so, I never got an email. when I inquired about it I had to send 3 emails before I got a response and at that no one was sure what was going on. Also your website doesn't take returns from international customers and since shopping at your site I have been able to find parts of my order much cheaper and better quality. "
"There is so much to choose from on the website! The items I ordered came as described - there were no surprises. Judging by the outer boxes of the items I ordered they looked like they'd been returned - the boxes were pretty beat up and had tape on them in some places. However, the items were still covered in plastic wrap, so who really cares about the box it comes in? Prices of the items were reasonable, I'll definitely shop through them again!"
