The amount of time it took for them to answer my questions was almost immediate and the amount of information i received was very nice, it wasn\u0027t a cold robotic response but just one person to another helping my needs. Have dealt with Specialtech customer support on two occassions and each time was hassle free. In particular a recent RMA where Customer support were very prompt with replies and a very quick turnaround on the RMA which I appreciate .<br><br>I\u0027ve found quite a few E-tailers are good when it comes to pre-sales, but not so good when it comes to aftersales and in particular RMA support. Specialtech thankfully handle both aspects with the same level of service. ST are imo truly a customer focused e-tailer, a rarity these days and other E-tailers should take note. I\u0027ve sent email questions which have been answered in minutes and made loads of phone calls and had great advice every time.<br><br>One part I was after (XSPC D5 res) doesn\u0027t come with the locking ring for the pump as standard. Specialtech found me one and included it with my order.<br><br>Its nice and rare to receive this level of service.I will definitely be recommending Specialtech from now on.<br><br>On a side note, I found Specialtech by watching Tom Logan\u0027s (OC3D) water cooling guides on YouTube.
