It's not often that you received updated information following an internet order-especially by the owner of the company. This is my first purchase from Spec. "Service was excellent. THe item I bought arrived quickly and was exactly as described. The communication from Ray was superb, he constantly kept me up to date as to the status of my order and the shipping status. I highly recommend buying from this web site, it was the smoothest transaction I have had in a long time, I will be sure to recommend this website to my friends. If you want an easy and friendly transaction that you don't have to be concerned about, this is the website to buy from. Special Operations Tactical Supply truly treats their customers with respect, if all businesses, esp internet companies, ran this way there would never be any complaints from customers. "I’ve been using Special Operations Tactical Supply (http://specopstactical.com) for about a year and a half. Previously, I had ordered from other online suppliers but, because I’m pretty hard on my gear, I found the quality was lacking and I was getting pretty frustrated. I found several sites, using the Web search engine, looking for some gear I needed to replace. Specopstactical’s site was the most informative with description details and photos of the product I needed. I decided to give Specopstactical a try. I have not been disappointed!

Just as a disclaimer, as Texas.pard put it, I have no affiliation with this company nor do I know the owner or any of his employees. However, I feel as if I know the owner, Ray. He keeps me posted on the status of my order. I also appreciate that he asks me to let him know that my shipment has arrived. That one thing tells me that he and his company really care about their customers. I can’t say enough good things about Special Operations Tactical Supply and Ray. Great people; great gear! Semper Fi!

"I don't think I've ever written a review for an online store before, but Special Ops Tactical Supply is a special case. I was a little worried my order wouldn't arrive by the time I needed, and I sent an email asking when I should expect it. I received three different emails from the owner giving me tabs on the processing and shipping of my order. I ordered from them because they had the best deal on what I was looking for. Little did I know that low price came with excellent customer service, and my package arrived with time to spare."

"I almost never write reviews--that is, unless the service/experience/product was exceptionally horrible or great. That said, I would like to make a few comments on my recent experience with Speical Operations Tactical Supply (specopstactical.com). I was shopping online for a few items that most all of the big name suppliers carried; however, due to lack of immediate inventory, responsiveness to my communication(s) and high product pricing (for the places that had available stock and would answer my emails/calls) I didn't order through any of the previously reviewed, larger e-stores that I found in my search. I then decided to contact a few of the non-reviewed, smaller outfits even though I was nervous about using an "unproven" seller over the web. I contacted several, and was given immediate response and treated "high-priority" (even though the order was relatively modest) directly from the owner of Special Operations Tactical Supply. His prompt attention to detail was what made me "try them out". From my first inquiry email to final delivery of everything I ordered took about five business days, and the owner himself contacted me almost daily with status updates. This was one of the BEST transaction, online or otherwise, that I've ever done. I was extremely impressed with specopstactical.com.

I have no affiliation with this company nor do I know the owner or any of his employees; this is how they treat an unknown, first-time customer. If you're in the market for any outdoor supplies or tactical gear, look into Special Operations Tactical Supply; you won't be dissapointed. "
