"After a quick look on the amazon website for a marantz pmd560 audio compact flash card recorder, it pointed me to many websites, but SoundExposure was the only website that worked without messages "page no longer in existence". I was delighted to see the product I wanted at a great price and free P&P too. I made the order easy on the website on Monday Morning at 10am, and the item arrived next day at 10am, wow how good is that. Perfectly packed too, and works just great. I am so made up that amazon found this website for me, will use again and again. A++++ ANDY WROB"

"A really easy to navigate website, competitive prices, fast service, a well packaged delivery and good friendly phone backup. My new Marantz recorder and Sennheiser mic came next day as promised. Unfortunately they forgot to include a free SD card that was on offer with the recorder, but a quick phone call (late in the day) and the SD card dropped through my letterbox First Class the next morning. Everyone makes mistakes, but for me, the measure of a company is how well they deal with them. And they did great.
As you can prob tell I'm impressed with Sound Exposure. Definitely on a par with the impeccable Amazon."

"Superb service. I spoke to a representative at Sound Exposure before placing the order, and wass very pleased with the friendly and helpful manner in which my query was dealt with. "having had all sorts of headphones up and down the quality scale over the years iam happy to say that the beyerdynamic dt-100 have been for me a verygood investment.these light weight highley quality professional headphones are something of a must with there outstanting soud and a unique old school look that strangely enough still havent gone out of fashion.sound exposure were very helpful when dealing with me over the telephone unlike some other's who can come across to be not so trustworthy or legitimate.sound exposure did seem really busy, some others dont and possiply for a very good reason be careful!.the dt-100 was a good purchase and well worth the money it also came the next day. all the best james obrien from cardiff. "

"They were very honest about the delay in obtaining what I ordered, but by phoning and by email. They gave me the choice of continuing with the order or canceling it. As soon as the item was available it was sent. I was very satisfied with their service."

"Great product at a great price, my order came with 50 Free Procell AA Batteries which was a great bonus. The customer Service was excellent and all communications were prompt and Courteous. I would have no hesitations in recommending or shopping with Sound exposure in the future. Top Class!!!"

"Excellent service most things arrive following day and cables and connectors I have bought are of the highest quality and keenly priced. The only problem I have encountered is regarding the site with the pages being slow to load, irritating but not of major concern. I mentioned this to them and they contacted me immediately and are as I write dealing with matter. To reiterate a top notch company ,customer service being a priority."

"Buying from Sound Exposure was a real pleasure. The website was easy to navigate and I found the product I was looking for straight away. Sound Exposure offered the best price on the web for this product (a Marantz PMD660 solid state recorder). My order was processed extremely quickly and I was amazed to receive the product the very next day.

"I ordered a new Subwoofer through Sound Exposure and I've got to say a big thank you to the Sound Exposure team. The service was nothing but impeccable (a rarity these days), friendly and very helpful. The only complaint will be from my neighbours with some serious low end frequencies coming through their wall!! Thanks again Sound Exposure, highly recommended."
