"Terrible customer service. Product did not work properly and contacted them for a refund. I was then transferred to tech support. I talked to a guy who had never used the product and told me that I should just "Google" for solutions. I kept trying to tell him that I was looking for a refund, but he kept talking over me with technical information that was unrelated, and did not listen to what I was saying. Finally, I asked him specific questions about the product again, and he admitted that he had no idea how to use it, could not be of any help, and would not refund my purchase. Just awful service. "
