We were surprised at how big the medium booster carseat was; it takes up a lot of space in the backseat of our small SUV. After not hearing from them for a month, I bought another carrier as needed it for a trip with my pet. Lo and behold, two months after the order, this company shipped the pet carrier. I contacted them, they apologized for the botched customer service, and said they would issue a Return Authorization that day. It never arrived. They are now insisting that I pay for the cost of the return for an item sent two months late. Terrible customer service. Have protested with American Express, which agreed, and my charges have been removed. "My dogs love their new beds. The only thing I don't like is that my dogs now prefer to stay in their beds rather than sit on my lap. I'm going to buy a couple more so all four dogs can have their own cave to sleep in."
