"Just wanted to take a second to say thank you!
You guys were great when I called about missing the order (turned out the UPS guy delivered it to the wrong building).
And the bookshelf was SO easy to put together!!!
I'm a small woman- about 5ft 1" so I was worried I wouldn't be able to it by myself. Turns out the directions were really simple and quite entertaining actually, so I had the shelves together in less than an hour.
The bookcase looks GREAT in my apartment and was just what I was looking for.
I may even order another one! :-)

"Smart Furniture has been great to work with! I had called their customer service upon initially ordering with a couple of quick questions which were answered right away. The order arrived quickly and it was packed to perfection. We purchased too many and need to send one piece back - no problem! They sent a pre printed UPS label AND even told me where the closest drop off was located! Plus they are going to refund the shipping cost for that one piece. What more could you ask?? GREAT people at customer service as well ... extremely friendly and helpful!"

"The Skovby table I ordered arrived in perfect condition and in a very timely manner. My customer service rep, Melanie,answered all of my questions about the merchandise, was helpful every time I chatted with her, and did everything EXACTLY the way she said she would!"

"I'm very satisfied with this seller. Item was shipped quickly, everything arrived as promised. Was a quality product, which I knew before I ordered as I had seen it in a store. I chose Smart Furniture because their prices were lowest, and also for their return policy, which thankfully I didn't have to use, so I can't really comment too much on it, other than that it's the best I've probably ever seen from any seller on the Internet. Would certainly buy from them again."

"From the very first email there was a fast response. Every contact after that went smoothly and quickly. Everyone I talked to at Smart Furniture was very nice and quick to answer any questions I had.

I ordered the Embody chair, they didn't have the color I wanted in stock. But once it came back in stock(couple weeks) it arrived very fast. The chair came in great condition and I love it.

I highly recommend Smart Furniture for anyone of your needs. "

"I was looking to buy a new chair and the people at Smart Furniture helped me pick one out to fit my needs and made the process easy and pleasurable.

They carry well know brands, so you know you are getting quality merchandise even when you order from them online, like I did. My chair came with a long list of instructions on how to put it together, but to my surprise, it was already put together in the box. I just pulled it out of the box and added a couple risers that I bought separately and it was ready for lounging.

I should mention that I made a last minute change to my order and they did everything to make me happy with the order. I would not hesitate to buy from them again."

"Karen Culp helped me with several orders and couldn't have been more customer focused and helpful!! She also let me know after I had ordered one product that they were still going to be on sale and lead me to order another set of the product. She had very helpful information when I first called and kept in touch with me all along the way. In today's world of what I'm finding to be a great lack of customer focus, Karen was a welcome relief and will lead me to looking to Smart Furniture first whenever I have other needs. Thank you!!"

"Smart Furniture is a great operation that really seems to value the old phrase "the customer comes first". Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with my first order from them, which was related solely to manufacturing and freight carrier issues. However, after making Natalie aware of the problems, she and her management team resolved all issues in an extremely unique and fair way that made me, the customer, feel very satisfied upon closure. I highly recommend Smart Furniture and definitely intend to use them in the future."
