Not only do they have an awesome selection, they really DO live up to their promise to give their customers great service and unbeatable prices. I\u0027ve had my eye on some ADJ DJ Scan 250 EXs for a while, but was waiting for the right deal to come along. SmartDJ.com had EXACTLY the deal I was lookin\u0027 for. (I wish I would have found them sooner, \u0027cuz I\u0027m sure they would have saved me some money on my prior purchases.)<br>As if their price wasn\u0027t good enough already, their shipping speed REALLY wowed me. I\u0027m really not sure how they got my order to me so quickly. I didn\u0027t even pay any extra for expedited shipping!<br>I will definitely be ordering from them again. In looking through their site, I found they have some specific replacement light bulbs that I\u0027ve been having a hard time finding. I did some online research, read more than a few customer reviews and came to the conclusion that they seemed to be pretty legit so I checked out thier site found exactly what I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay. <br> With the item in my cart and a good percentage of my fears put to rest I entered all information needed to make my first purchase with smartdj and began my secure checkout.<br> I was instantly rewarded with a confirmation directly to my phone\u0027s mail server that my order was placed followed by another email that said my payment was accepted and a final email that instructed me as to their shipping schedule and that I would recieve another email when the product was shipped. WOW! talk about being on your game,so far so good.<br> Four days later when I still had not recieved an email confirming that my order had been shipped I started feeling that initial fear slowing creeping it\u0027s way into the room, that little voice in my head started wispering the words that none of us ever want to hear...\u0022you\u0027ve been had sucka\u0022 and \u0022did\u0027nt you know that chirstmas only comes once a year you shmuck!\u0022<br> I decided to try and call the company... busy signal, now I am really nervous... then I noticed two little words at the top of thier website \u0022LIVE CHAT\u0022 so I logged on and in less than one hundred and twenty seconds I was chatting with Tony then juan then some where in there I lost Juan and ended chatting with Lisa.<br> Well as I turns out it was\u0027nt thier fault they were all just trying to help.<br> When I first began the conversation with Tony I was using my IPad which I now know sucks for live chat as it is slow as heck to get the keyboard to pop up when I needed it too. so I switched to PC asked for Juan and was quickly, seamlessly reconnected with Juan which made me very happy as I did\u0027nt have to explain my situation all over again to someone new. <br> The company had tried to call me to let me know that they could not ship the item and of course wanted to know how to proceed but would you believe the 1-877 number would not let them ring me up and my cell phone would not allow me to connect to a 1-877 number. <br> So the rest of my interaction with this company was going to be relegated to \u0022LIVE CHAT\u0022 the only choice left. <br>This proved to be actually a very nice thing and with Juan\u0027s help my item was now enroute to a shipping co.that I have had to use several times due to where I live and my new shipping address is now in their system.<br> MY package arrived today and is in the process of being cleared through customs by the shipping company. Smartdj did everything possible to make sure I was happy with the product that they offered for sale and thier service. <br> I am happy and pleased to write that I am. Thier products and prices are comprable to the larger companies such as musicians friend and crutchfield and they even have some harder to find items in stock. with that being said it is without a doubt the customer service that I really appreciate. Truth be told you can get a good deal almost anywhere but great service is hard to find and SMARTDJ Shines in the service department! <br> so thanks again Tony, Lisa and Juan.
