"Overall I had pretty good shopping experience at 6th avenue electronics. The order and shipping status could be tracked on-line, which was very helpful. The only suggestion is to send a shipping advisory when the product gets shipped. The product (2x80lbs speakers) arrived well packed (double cartoon) and the UPS driver carried them into the house."

"Great products and prices! My only problem with this order was I ordered four units but only three were available. I was told three would be shipped and fourth would be shipped when back in stock. I then received a box with three, but invoice said ordered 4, shipped 4. I had to call to find out that item is no longer available and I would receive a credit for remaining unit."
"The product did not work when it was received. I suspected it was dead batteries. I replaced the batteries, and the product worked. I requested a refund for the cost of the batteries and received a prompt response. The item was no longer in production and apparently the stock is very old and that is why the batteries were not good. That should be a "buyer beware" experience to consider when ordering products online in the future."

However the Logitech harmony universal remote I purchased through them was a complete waste of money. The remote does not support my Samsung TV, or my Sony Blu-Ray player, or my Dish Network box, or my Popcorn Hour video Juke Box.
Logitech support was of no help either. Shined me for weeks, and had me reboot my PC to program the remote. The PC was not the issue, the remote is. "
"I ordered a Panasonic Camcorder and it got delivered by UPS in front of my apt door which is not inside a closed building. I thought it was not delivered and when I tried to track online, I found that it was delivered a week ago. I was really shocked to know that my package was lost. I don't know whether it was the fault by 6th AVE or by UPS. I informed 6th ave abt it and investigation is going on. I am hoping that 6th ave will some how get back my camcorder else refund my money. Anyway the handycam is really good and I bought the same model before for my uncle and it works great."
