Of course, I wanted to be able to personally see and feel the material before I bought it. But when it came right down to it, I couldn't resist the price for what they said I would be getting (plus they have a 30-day money back guarantee)... and I'm very glad I took the chance.<br><br>It took a good six weeks for my custom-fit dress to arrive. It was very hard for me to wait that time. In their defense, it was their busy season and the dress did arrive within the timeframe they originally told me it would. No harm done.<br><br>And when it arrived, I was extremely happy with the quality of the materials. The fit wasn't perfect, but it was as close as could be expected when I measured myself, typed the numbers into a computer, and ordered online rather than going to a seamstress to measure me. After having the dress minimally altered locally, it is now perfect!!!<br><br>Customer service has been perfectly acceptable and friendly whenever I had to call them with questions. Quality, as I said, was much higher than I could have imagined. Fit wasn't perfect, but was close, and I think very reasonable for what I paid. It took awhile for them to make it, but they stuck by the schedule they gave me, so I cannot fault them for that.<br><br>Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend that you give them a shot. As long as you have some time before your wedding, it IS worth trying to save the money. If you don't like it, you can send it back and buy somewhere else.
