It was nice looking and good quality, but the pearls were too big for my taste (from the picture I thought they would be 1-2 mm, but they were about 4-5mm). So I contacted them by email and within 2 business days I received a prepaid return shipping label. I'm still waiting on the custom measurement dress (estimated to arrive in early February), and I hope that will work out (I will update this review then if I can). But if it does not, at least I know there wont be a problem returning it, and at no cost to me, which is great. While the shipping cost for a dress is quite high ($40), the dresses are very affordable. I would not hesitate to recommend simply bridal to a friend. I ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses the day after Thanksgiving which gave me plenty of time for their 30-45 day shipping time. I ordered standard sizes (no custom measurements). Not even 3 weeks later the dresses arrived packaged very nicely with a note that made me feel like I ordered from a high end bridal shop. The difference? The dresses were only $99 plus tax and shipping!<br><br>I did try to contact customer service to change the size of one of the dresses the day after I ordered, and no one got back to me until a week later. By then they said it was beyond their 72 hour policy even though I made contact within that window. The sizing ended up being okay anyway but they probably could have handled that customer service better.<br><br>Now the dresses were made of floor length coral chiffon. They were well made, heavy weight, beautiful dresses. They are strapless and have the interior bra that holds them up that you find in high end dresses. I'm so happy with the quality of the dresses (and I was a little worried they would be poor quality because their prices seemed lower than anyone else in the US). <br><br>They fit beautifully. The size 2 fits the size 2, the size 4 fits the size 4 and so on. <br><br>I am very likely to recommend this site to other brides in fact I already have raved about it to a friend. I did custom measurements and they sent me a dress that was 2 sizes too small (not even close to the measurements I had entered in) I called and spoke with Nicole on 12\/3\/2012. She told me to send the dress back and they would send me the right dress within 35 days. I called 35 days later and they told me that my dress would ship on the 14th of January to arrive no later than the 18th. I checked my bank account online and they have no credited my account for the dress. I've left several voice mails and e-mails with no response from Simply Bridal. I chatted online with a Shannon (rep from simply bridal) and she said she would call me within a half hour...she never did. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE!! DON't use this company. I'm less than 3 weeks away from my wedding and don't have a dress. <br>Day 2<br>The day my bank account was credited...my dress arrived. I was able to talk to Jessica Torres at Simply Bridal and she made it right! Turns out it wasn't such a bad company...in the end. "This is the worst experience I have ever had!!! The dress was ok, nothing seriously wrong, it just didn't fit right. A beautiful dress, just not for me. The problem was customer service! I called not once, but 3x to get a return label and every person that I spoke to said it would be emailed within 5 mins. Never received one, therefore I had to pay the shipping myself. The dress was mailed out and received THE NEXT DAY! That being said, website says it takes up to 7 business days for refund, customer service on phone says 10 days. That's fine except it has now been almost a FULL MONTH SINCE THE RETURN and still NO REFUND!!! I am up to my ears with this company. Ive called 5 times to only get voice mail, left messages to never be returned. I even emailed twice. Still, no reply. I finally got someone on the phone today and now she says she's going to forward my account to the manager and could take up to 10 days to process!! Are you f-n kidding me??? Never will I recommend this site to anyone ... EVER!!!"
