They received it and I didn\u0027t hear anything back from them for days. I then called them and was told that they had received it, but they lost it for some reason. They then sent my a replacement and that one was also defective. Had to rma again. Took forever to hear from them again. So, I had to call them. They just kept forgetting about me! I went with a different radiator which was cheaper and asked Gary if he could throw in a 45 degree adapter to make up for the price difference. Days later I finally receive it, but without the adapter that I asked for. It took over three months to sort this out and I ended up paying $80+ for a $30 radiator. Could\u0027ve bought one from frozencup instead. That would\u0027ve only taken two or three days. I think that if I had never emailed or called them, I\u0027d still be waiting. Why did I have to constantly remind them to do their job? Why did a simple rma take so long? You\u0027d think that they would care about their customers. Specially if they\u0027ve purchased over $500 worth of parts from them. Terrible customer service! I don\u0027t care about all these positive reviews.
