I found some 4 year vintage locally but in very limited supply and they ran out. I made this request in the section where you are supposed to write any questions\/comments about your order. The next day I got an automated shipping label; my package was NOT shipped as a gift & apparently no one read or responded to my request. I called customer service, who said that they would recall the package & reship it as a gift. That was approximately 5 days ago. Today, 12\/20, I called to find out the status of the order and come to find out that it has not even been re-shipped. The customer service person I spoke to did not seem to think it was a problem that they took my money & have not sent a gift I ordered 9 days ago.
