"Worst company I have ever ordered from. Web site ad said item in stock with 12-17 day delivery. After 31 dsys I received the wrong item. Shoplet.com said I must pay return shipping because of "customer error"/ My credit card was charged the day after I placed the order. Problems are still on going. Nothing more than an Internet SCAM"

Granted it only traveled across one state but I live in the boonies!! EXCELLENT all the way around. Had 3 follow-up e-mails for the short process. "

When you order the item, they cancel the order and tell you the item is not in stock and they never plan on getting/stocking the item again. When you contact them, they tell you are somehow have the price stored on your computer. If that was true, how was I able to order the item? "
"I ordered Genuine Joe Embassed Jumbo Roll Bath Tissue GJO25060 in July, 2011. It was advertised at that time as 1000 feet (not 1000 sheets). There were only 715 feet in each roll (I had this professionally verified). PLEASE NOTE: THE BOX THAT THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED IN MUST STATE THE LENGTH. IF THE BOX DOES NOT STATE THE LENGTH, THEN BEWARE!!!"
They cancelled the order 6 hours later. Item still showed "In Stock"
Next day. Still says "IN STOCK"
So I called customer service to confirm if item was available (thinking maybe order was just cancelled by mistake)
An extremely unprofessional rep answers phone. Starts laughing when I explained what happened. Said it's perfectly fine for them to do so - "take orders for items not available and then cancel" Went on to say "It happens all the time"
5 days later Still on website as "IN STOCK" even though not available.
Avoid the Headache and order from a REPUTABLE company. "
"Shoplet had the best price including shipping for a large Rubbermaid shed that I couldn't find at any local store. It was delivered surprisingly quickly, with minimal email communication, so I can't complain (This was a huge item. I ordered Thursday, it was delivered Monday via freight carrier). I was not thrilled with their website, which had different prices for the same item depending on where I linked from. I also had trouble applying coupons to the lower priced item. That feels like shady practices. Ultimately though, everything worked out fine and like I said delivery was prompt and efficient."

I recently bought 2 Hon office chairs from them (2 boxes and 2 shipments), at the lowest price of any store on the net. They came just a few days later and I was thrilled. I was so happy that I ordered another one of the same chairs for a third desk. I was home when UPS came to deliver that chair, but it was the wrong chair. I decided to check it out and possibly keep it, since it appeared they substituted a better, more expensive chair instead, but on opening the box I decided no, I'd rather just have all the chairs match, and that I preferred the Hon.
I sent an email stating that I wanted the chair I ordered, and that there must have been a mistake. There was actually another address label on the box, and I'm guessing I was sent another customer's order by mistake, but no matter, because they said no problem and no charges, sorry for the mistake. UPS came back the very next day to pick up the package for free, and the day after that I received my third Hon chair.
Mistakes happen with any company, it's how they handle it that shows what kind of a company you're dealing with. In this case I got the best chair, at BY FAR the best price, shipped super fast... 3 times. At least for ME, they are a 5-star store and I'll obviously be giving them more business."
