"I am thoroughly disgusted with Shnoop. I bought a mystery bag for Mother's Day, hoping for something nice for my 84 year old mother. I trusted them to send something nice. I received 28 of the most hideous napkin rings I have ever seen. The value was to be at least $140.00 I couldn't even sell them at a yard sale for $1.00 I blame myself for trusting them and will never deal with them again. It cost me $25 to learn a huge lesson. They didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my email. I realize nothing can be done about this, but I appreciate you allowing me to vent and I hope others read this and rethink ordering from them before a thorough research of the item.

"We ordered two Motorola H780 Bluetooth headsets and received exactly what we ordered! If it wasn't for the USPS mis-routing the package, which wasn't shnoops fault, would have been a perfect experience."

"Ordered the Mother's day grab bag with gifts for the homemaker for $25 valued at between $140-$400.

I have never been so burned in my life. 3 crappy sequined pillows (one heart shaped with white sequins, and 2 others of rust colored pillows with black leopard print sequins), and 2 different sets of napkin holders (one green beaded and the other orange with half inch orange sequins.).

If I gave this to my wife OR mother for mother's day I would end up divorced or disowned. I cannot imagine anyone wanting this CRAP. Not even worth $25. I would never even think of buying it. This is the stuff you see at furniture stores and wonder who on earth would buy it. Evidently Shnoop did.

I will no longer be a customer of Shnoop!!! This was a total ripoff and these people obviously do not care about their customers!!! HOW DARE THEY!!!!!!!!"

"I ordered the $25.00 Mother's Day Home Goods Mystery Goody Bag. The only mystery is, how does Shnoop stay in business? I received four place mats and two oversized plastic spoons that one would have trouble getting rid of at a garage sale. I feel ripped off and stupid ! Heed my words: Do not buy from this website! Give your money to a charitable organization in your community. I wish I had my $25.00 back and I would do just that!! "

"Terrible experience. Yes, good price, good shipping speed, HORRIBLE product. I ordered a 1 X 1/2 Carat Genuine Diamond 3 Row Sterling Silver Tennis Bracelet - $29.99. I thought, wow! what a deal! Turns out, this hunk of junk is lower than crane machine quality crap. No way would I ever shop at shnoop again. Fool me once..."

Last night while attempting to set the time on this brand new POLICE watch I noted to my dismay that the second hand of this watch was detached and lying under the crystal.

Needless to say, I am quite disappointed.
This quality issue makes me question the authenticity of this watch.

"Never buy from Shnoop.ordered casio watch in $8.95 and website doesn't say it refurbished.I got watch in plastic zip lock and its in poor condition.there are scratches all over.
Plz stay away from fraudulent company."

"Ordered 12 Mens Dress Socks. They are not usable as I cannot get them on my feet. They are too small. They are made in such a way that they cannot stretch enough to get them over my ankle. The size was 6-13 but my 11 size feet are too large for them. There is no way to return them or get a replacement. Would not order from Shnoop again. No customer service. Gene Brockopp

"Winter Clearance Man Mania Techy Surprise Box - $25 promised a value worth 'more than the measly $25 BUCKAROOS you're paying.' The crap received was 3 out of date video games + useless razor. Items nobody in their right mind would ever buy and certainly worth nowhere near $25. This was a shameless ripoff and I will never shop nor glance at their website again."

"Shnoop had a "Winter Clearance Man Mania Techy MyStery Box - $25", it says "Every item is NEW and worth more than the measly $25 BUCKAROOS you're paying!!!Please don't confuse our random mystery bag for that offered by other sites, where they usually send you random crap that you'd expect to find in your kids' Happy Meal.". It turned out that everyone got a junk razor and three outdated card games,that, in my opinion, is worth much less than $25. And I also think the stuff is much crappier than what other sites offer.So I believe Shnoop is cheating their customers in this case."
