"Ordered a few fans from this company at the end of October. I have to major problems with Sharka Corp. First, the communication skills of Sharka are sub-standard in comparison other online computer retailers. I initially recieved an order confirmation from Sharka. Upon trying to track my order on their website, i was told order did not exist. Subsequent emails also went unanswered. Finally I picked up the phone and spoke with someone at the company who told me my order had shipped. I never received my order from Sharka.
The reason for this was due to this company mistyping my address causing UPS the inability to deliver the package. I now have to drive to UPS and pick the package up. No apologies or follow ups from Sharka were ever made.

"I placed an order for fittings. The item was in stock but I received it after about a week. When I received the package, I saw that it only contained one fitting. I was fooled by the picture showing two fittings (I needed two, and I thought the item was sold in pairs). I also did not like the idea of paying $5.85 shipping for a small $3.95 part.
So, I wrote to Sharka support. They were very helpful, and they shipped another fitting free of charge (actually, they refunded my second order). They also said that they would update the website (to cater for idiots like I am). So I am very happy so far.
My only gripe is that they do not offer 1st class mailing. They have nice parts but the shipping just kills the nice offer most of the time. Other than that, I am a happy customer."
"I was very pleased by Sharka. One of the items I purchased was missing a tube from the box when I opened it. I emailed Sharka, they shipped the part that day, and I received it the next day. This was a manufacturer error, but Sharka fixed it as quickly as anyone could."
