"Extremely fast delivery. They sent it Purolator per my request, and I got the Snowball USB microphone the next day. Definitely impressed me, and I will shop again.

The Interact payment method for us Canadian shoppers is awesome for those of us who don't like using credit cards (or don't have them) and is a distinct advantage over other, much larger online computer stores that don't bother with that option.

9.9 out of 10 (only because they can't beam it to me directly :-P)"

"Ordered a projector screen. After shopping around for a few weeks. Shark Systems had definitely the best prices and they were quick to send the order. I was quite impressed of their
set up for tracking your purchase and my screen
arrived exactly the date that was given to me. Great job Shark Systems. I will definitely be recommending you to others and will gladly do

"I am a diplomat Living in Europe, and it It was my first-and the last- time i shop at this company, it was a very bad experience for me.
With out any prior notification, suddenly they cancelled my order(three Disney netbooks for my kids which i was going to surprise my twin 9 years daughters on their birthday and the third was for my 8 years old son).the refund of my money came through my paypal account (that's how I found out about the order was cancelled by the honorable Shark systems!).
They never emailed me or phoned me to give any reason or any explanation for the cancellation after waisting my time for 5 days. they kept my order pending for 3 business days, I lost about 33$(credit card transaction fees)for nothing,but because of their uncivilized behavior,they didn't even bother themselves to apologize. money doesn't matter after all! but the good manner that's what should matter. such people give a very bad impression and a bad reputation for the Canadian merchants.
I Advice any online shopper who sees SHOPSHARKSTYEMS.Com to BE CAREFUL!

COMMENT ON THE SELLERS'S REPLY BELLOW:

Although the seller has the right to take the necessary cautions towards the fraud issues,but my payment was through PAYPAL,and was credited to the sellers's account,So what else could be more secured than the Paypal for the International Costumer? however,the costumer is not obligated to call the sellers to verify him self,it is the seller's duty to do that, and I think a voip phone call does not cost that much to any where in the world these days!
I did use the support tool twice in my account at the seller's website asking them if it is possible
to replace the netbooks adapters with 220V ones,and they replyied that it is not possible.
And when I asked them in another email(that was on April 25th) that I want my orders to be delivered in the right time before my twin daughters's birthday 0n may 12th,otherwise i will turn back the order if delivered after the birthday, they ignored my request and never replied to me until PAYPAL sent me the notification of the refund after 5 days of my order date.
So. the truth has nothing to do with international Costumers, the Fraud risks and all the rest of the non-sense that the sellers stated in their reply.
The truth in one word is that this Seller has no Credibility! "

“While most North American electronics resellers do not ship outside of North America due to the extreme investment required for fraud countermeasures, Shark Systems' ship 100% of our products worldwide. Unfortunately, the tools provided by payment processors such as the address verification system used in North America are lacking in many other regions of the world.

All International customers are sent an e-mail immediately upon receipt of an order to notify them of the possibility of a delay in processing as we must verify the legitimacy of the order by working with credit card issuers, payment processors such as PayPal, specialized fraud screening tools and the customer themselves.

Our fraud screening procedures determined this order was too high risk to be processed without manual telephone verification by the customer. It is possible the e-mails sent to this customer requesting phone verification were caught by a spam filter or were otherwise undeliverable. The payment for the order was then automatically refunded after a set number of days had passed without response.

We invite customers who are wondering about the status of their order to take advantage of our 24/7 toll free order status system by calling our toll free 800 number or by logging into the 'my account' page at sharksystems.com. "First time ordering for Shark Systems, I was looking for a specific wireless router and was unable to find it locally nor on most of my usual websites.

Shark Systems had the router I was looking for in stock and at the best price I would find. Ordering was a breeze, and I very surprised they offered Interac Email Money Transfers which made the process easy.

Shipment arrived within 3 business days all in good condition. My only issue with the whole process was that I did not receive a tracking number for my package and from their online portal my shipment is still being processed.

Over all I was impressed, and I will doing business again with Shark Systems."

"I recommend Shark Systems in the highest possible terms: the price was great; the delivery was fast; the product was well-packed and brand new; and the service (Jake Beischlag) was simply fantastic.

I'm from the US, and after reading the reviews from ResellerRatings, I decided to give Shark Systems a try. I'm very glad I did. I first noticed that the price for the product I was purchasing, ie a netbook, was fluctuating owing to the fluctuation in the exchange rate between the US and Canada. When I contacted Shark Systems, Jake immediately offered me a discount to cover the fluctuation. When the order didn't process after a day, Jake very kindly and voluntarily upgraded my shipping from Standard to Express. As a result, the netbook arrived promptly in about a week's time. As far as I can tell, the netbook is working the way it should. I would definitely order from Shark Systems again in the future. "

"Shark Systems has excellent customer service! I have been emailing back and forth with Jake over an international shipping mishap, and he's been great!

I have found them to be extremely helpful and informative, and their prices are very good. I haven't really tried a new computer/parts vendor in many years, but I really wanted an item I couldn't get from any of my usual vendors. I gave Shark Systems a try, and am sure I'll be using them again."
