I htink this is more an issue with a supplier (Wise who makes boat seats) than with SB but I am the recipient of what those nincompoops are capable of. Justin, of SB, has done a good job although his response takes a day or two. But drop shipper Wise is a whole other matter. First they don\u0027t ship what they had in stock like Justin asked. Then when they do ship, two of the items are wrong. Then when go to ship the correct seat and base, they only ship the base (I\u0027m still waiting for the upholstery). It has been a nightmare and the boating season is drawing to a close. Just imagine a pontoon boat with only front seats in it.
