Had such a good experience that I followed up with purchase of Yamaha HTR5990 receiver and Panasonic DVD S77S. Same great experience with these. Worked primarily with Dave and he's fantastic. Dave Getz is one of the most professional mail order vendors I had the pleasure of dealing with. He promptly and clearly answered all my questions prior to the sale and never pressured me into buying anything. He also provided tracking info and packaging/inspection/delivery tips which turned out to be very useful.
