"I have purchased from OT for several years. I have never been dissatisfied with any item I have purchased. The pictures online accurately depict the item I am purchasing. I am a faithful customer for years to come. Keep the good work!"

"If you order something, they won't necessarily fill the order. Once they get the order, they then try to find a source for it. On my order, they couldn't find a source at the price they sold it to me for so they canceled the order only AFTER I waited 5 days and then asked them about it. I shouldn't known better than to order computer parts from a site that sells bikinis."

“Our FAQ's clearly indicate that not all the products are available at all times. You can read FAQ's #1 and #2 here: http://salestores.com/faqs.html

All the products are uploaded according to price lists supplied by our Distributors or Manufacturers. Sadly they don't always have stock. We urge our customers to contact us PRIOR to placing an order, to make sure an item is available.

When we receive an order and an item is not in stock and not available at our regular supplier, we put a great deal of work trying to find an alternate source. If we find such source and our cost is a bit higher than our price, in many cases we buy the item to keep our customer happy. The process of finding an alternate source takes a few days.”

"I really have not much to say, other than the buying process was smooth, received my speakers in a reasonable amount of time and my call to Customer Service asking for tracking was answered quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from Sale Stores next time I need something, assuming they have a good price, of course."

"I was looking for an MP3 player for my daughter. Actually, we were looking for it together. After a while, we decided on a particular model. We searched on the internet and Sale Stores appeared as the least expensive price. I had not heard of Sales Stores before, but still went ahead and purchased. The camera arrived 3 days latter and my daughter is super happy."

"I ordered an MSN wireless keyboard for my 80 year old mother from Sale Stores through Amazon. I got an e-mail with the expected arrival date and it showed when it said it would.

But my mom said it did not work. Pre-installed batteries had corroded the connections. Uggh! I send an e-mail to the seller ready to go through a long process of verification, shipping label info, etc. My mother, in a town 20 miles away could not really handle these details.

I got a response from a person. Not a form letter from an unnamed "Customer Service Rep", but a real note from Benjamin. It started out with an apology and ended with a "so we shipped you a new one., Keep the old one in case you can get it to work". New one showed up, it works great and all is well with the world!! Even got a follow up note to make sure all was OK.

Stuff happens. Understood that some items may not be 100%. But to resolve it so well- with personal touch, an apology and efficient replacement speaks to a culture of service that many would envy.

I am totally satisfied with the experience I got with this company. "

"It took me some time to find this product. When I finally found it I decided to call to make sure it was really available. I had to wait quite a long time until I got somebody on the phone. I finally got somebody and he put me on hold for additional time. He came back, confirmed availability and told me that I could place the order online. I did, it arrive in less time than expected and works perfectly. Although I would have liked a faster response time, no complaints. I would definitely buy again from this merchant."

"In search of an oven for our kitchen remodeling program we naturally first went to the nearby brick & mortar stores in our area. Found one we liked but thought the price was a tad high so came home and searched the Internet for the same model to see what prices were available.

That's when we found salestores.com ... and the oven we wanted at more than $200.00 in savings ... including shipping. So we did our due diligence on the company (Reseller ratings, BBB checkout, etc...) and found no complaints so we placed our order.

Though we have not hooked up the oven yet and won’t for a couple weeks yet (remodeling project) I will tell you that the oven arrived well-packed, the delivery person was extremely courteous and helpful, and the oven appears to be in pristine condition. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience.

One other thing I would like to mention is that they did not charge my credit card until after they received word from the shipping company that the oven had been delivered. I ordered on May 26th, oven arrived on June 2nd, and my charge card was billed on June 3rd. I find that a bit remarkable."
