I had a time slot of a few months of no international travel where I had planned to get my passport renewed, when a trip came out of nowhere, and I didn't have enough time left on my passport to be able to get into the destination country, and was faced with getting my passport renewed within the space of 3 weeks. I didn't want to take the chance of going with the government's regular 2-3 week expedited service, because there was no guarantee they would get the passport back to be on time, and I decided to go with Rushmypassport. These guys were amazing - fast and efficient, I had my renewed passport back in my hands 7 days from the day I initiated the order, even though I just went with their basic service.
