posted Feb-08-2007 “As noted on site, we were closed for the holidays up to January 4th. We replied to this customer's inquiries saying that backorders would begin shipping on the 4th. Orders were filled in the sequence they were received in and this customer's order shipped on 1/6.”

posted Feb-08-2007 “We notified this customer that the product would not be available to ship until four days from the day ordered and if this would be acceptable. We didn't receive a response and so shipped the order when the product was available. We did receive and respond to the four emails received however we didn't receive acknowledgements / replies. It's possible that our emails were being filtered and were not reaching his inbox.
We leave the decision of whether to wait for a restock up to our customers however without a response we were forced to make that decision. We apologize if result went against this customer's preferences. We have since refunded the cost of shipping for this customer.
