"I am very happy with sales service, but the product I was totally displeased with, (USBExtreme) The disk hardly plays in my PS2 and I was unaware that their is only a sellect few games that it will play.
This sould be something that sould be posted with program summary when your looking at it. Not something you find out after you buy it."

Your order is pending at the moment. When a shipping address differs from the billing address we just need to call the card issuer to verify that the shipping address is on file as an alternate address. We tried calling yesterday but they had already closed and they are no open today. We will retry on Monday, sorry for the wait.

Inquired -again- today wondering what the long wait was and deciding to cancel my order. Reply I got a moment ago claiming an email was sent (never received, also noted in other people's comments.)

Supposedly contacted on the 4th and 5th and emailed with a reason, yet the email on the 6th, the day after, said they couldn't be reached...
That doesn't make any sense.
I told them to cancel the order, so here's hoping I get my money back. I already told them the first time to cancel, and just now had to reply asking them to cancel -again-.

My suggestion would be to communicate with your customers in a more timely manner in the future."

"Ordered 1/1/2007, They still have not shipped the product ordered. Try to contact them. First response was that they will ship it on 1/4/2007. Now it is 1/6/2007, still no shipment and no response to the 3 inqueries since 1/4/2007.

“As noted on site, we were closed for the holidays up to January 4th. We replied to this customer's inquiries saying that backorders would begin shipping on the 4th. Orders were filled in the sequence they were received in and this customer's order shipped on 1/6.”

"The ordering experience was great, except for my mistake on the address. The only problem that I really have is waiting for my order to ship because, they went on vacation. It was posted that they were I just didn't notice anything until it showed up on my email for the invoice. Personally I think if you run a business you need to have coverage year around. It kind of turns the consumer off if they have to wait for there order because, the owner thinks his order isn't that important. Remember who buys the products you sell. Don't get me wrong your customer service and buying experience is great, except for the little flaw. I guess everyone has something to improve on.

"Very bad service, do not use these guys! I placed an order on December 18th with UPS 2nd day shipping. It is now December 27th and I still have not received the item. I have sent them four e-mails since December 20th and all of them have gone unanswered. I got an automated e-mail on December 20th that my order was shipped, but there was no tracking number. I still have no tracking number and there is nothing on there website that lets you check your order status. Stay away from this merchant!"

“We notified this customer that the product would not be available to ship until four days from the day ordered and if this would be acceptable. We didn't receive a response and so shipped the order when the product was available. We did receive and respond to the four emails received however we didn't receive acknowledgements / replies. It's possible that our emails were being filtered and were not reaching his inbox.

We leave the decision of whether to wait for a restock up to our customers however without a response we were forced to make that decision. We apologize if result went against this customer's preferences. We have since refunded the cost of shipping for this customer.

Order tracking is available through email updates or by logging into your account.”
