“We were never contacted in regards to this customer's defective item. Even at the 31st day, we would have accepted the item back; we're not unreasonable. Also, we do offer up to a two year parts and labor warranty for purchase with our products.”

This is what you expect when you make a purchase, although too often people don\u0027t share. I have owned a Blackberry 8330 for several years, like the phone, and when the trackball failed, I simply wanted a replacement phone. I was able to order the same model for a very good price; it was brand new (as advertised), worked, I was able to activate service with my carrier via the Internet, and used my BB desktop software to copy everything over to the new phone, making the new one an identical replacement for the old one. "HI Everyone, This is a review for "Replace Your Cell.com"
I ordered a Sprint compatible Blackberry9670. The phone was pre-owned and advertised as "nice" meaning not scratched up and It looked...nice. It arrived timely. However, it could not be activated by Sprints help desk. The Sprint tech sent me to the Sprint service location 15 miles from where I live. Once there I was told there was something wrong with the phone and I would have to leave it with them so a tech could work on it. When I came back the next day to retrieve it, I was told it could not be repaired. Fortunately, I had added the phone replacement to my Sprint account with insurance for repairs and replacements so Sprint gave me a new identical replacement for the one I ordered from "Replace Your Cell" which did not work and according to the Sprint tech could not be repaired. In short...nothing lacking with Replace Your Cells delivery except the phone was not a working or repairable phone. If I had not called Sprint and added the phone to my account with the insurance for this replacement phone, it would have cost me 35.00 for a repair attempt and then I would have had to return the un-repairable phone to Replace Your Cell and decide about purchasing another one. I do like the phone that Sprint replaced the non-repairable phone with. So the new blackberry 9670 is actually a nice phone. Guess the phone wasn't tested by Replace Your Cell.com. It arrived in what looked like undamaged condition...no damage to the package and no visual damage to the phone but wasn't a working phone."
