I ordered a TT DSTT + 1 gig sd card + free shipping on the 14th of January, it was shipped on the 15th, and I got it yesterday, the 19th. Everything came in a nice bubble-wrap bag, so nothing was broken or even slightly damaged. The only issue I have is that on the TT DSTT box, it says that it includes a free SDHC reader, but I had to buy the reader separately for an extra dollar at RHS. That\u0027s kinda lame, but I don\u0027t know if I can blame RHS for this. Besides, the extra dollar isn\u0027t all that bad... Shipping was free after all, and they kept their word and sent a free 1 gig sd card along with the DSTT. When I emailed them before ordering to make sure they still had DSTTs in stock, they replied promptly. Overall good service and fast shipment.<br><br>EDIT 2\/17:<br>I change my mind. The customer service SUCKS. Here\u0027s one of the responses I got after a complaint: \u0022That was the old package, not new one. You can ask other stores. We don\u0027t have to lie to you for over $1.00.\u0022 I really hate the tone of all these sorts of replies... Esp since it seems as if they\u0027re trying to force you to trust them and stuff. Oh, and RHS they never actually answered my question... I wanted to know why my DSTT package said it included a reader, yet it didn\u0027t actually include one and I had to pay an extra dollar for it. RHS said the new package doesn\u0027t include one, and that mine was the old one. Well seeing as that\u0027s the case, then why doesn\u0027t mine have one? They just said, only new ones dont have it. Mine\u0027s an old one, so it should have it, yes? and the manufacturers SAID it has one... so wth!??! aaaaaaah!! "One of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. Avoid this company, first they shipped to the wrong address and then told me I would have to repurchase the product and they would refund my card for the first purchase.
Begrudgingly I paid again and they shipped the product to the correct address. Then when the product arrived it was defective, obviously defective - in which they said I would need to purchase ANOTHER (make that three charges now) product and they would ship the new product and when they receive the defective one they would refund me. Avoid this company, total scam."
