"We ordered a Sony HDR-XR550V digital camcorder for $865 which included an Early Black Friday Special of a free Folding Speaker System for IPOD. The next day we received an email from Ken at QuickStopDigital, stating we needed to call them because of the high value of our order. When we called were told the $865 price listed was for a Gray Market Camera and that the full price for the camera in the box with warranty and all accessories was actually higher. This caused us to immediately cancel the order and we subsequently bought the camera from another company. We were contacted by the management of Quick Stop Digital the next day to follow up on the problem that caused us to cancel or order. He informed us that employee who had contacted us had made an error and that the originally quoted price we found on the WEB site was in fact the full correct price. He apologized for the confusion. Since we had already bought the camera from another company, he could not correct the price issue but, he did send us the iPOD speaker system that was included in the original deal and apecial fiter system for the camera free of charge. We are impressed with the speed of the response to our issue and are very happy with the final resolution. Our opinion of this company has changed dramatically and we would do business with this company again."
