"I ordered a Canon 7D after talking to one of the sales guys, he promised me they have the camera in stock and will ship it within the next day. I agreed and paid an extra fast shipping service (3 days), since I booked already a photo workshop to use the new camera (9 days later).Nothing happened for 4 days, even after calling three times the customer service and asked for the shipping. The customer service was very unfriendly. I talk to three different people and no one cared about my needs. After four days they told me, they don't have the camera in stock and that I can cancel the order. That is exactly what I did.This store is not reliable. They tell you everything at the phone but nothing happens.Never again.Better spend a buck more and go somewhere else !"
"OMG! Stay away from this no for good "company"..They are famous for bait and switch!!They advertise one price and CHARGE your credit card another amount by hundreds of dollars!! The manager is rude, abrupt and refuses to listen to you, and will SCREAM at you!! This is NOT good customer service..Also, I was told by the manager, my item would be prompty shipped, after he tried to charge me more.. 3 days later, it still was not shipped!!!My item will be sent back,(if I do in fact get it) hoping I do get my money back!!!I WILL get my money back one way or another..UGH!!Order placed o Jan.6th, still not shipped!!!"

"I had a similarly bad experience. After ordering a camera, I got a voice mail asking me to call them back to verify my order. When I called, I was submitted to a sales pitch for accessories and maintenance plans. At the end of the call, I was asked to give them the "deserved 5 stars rating" on Nextag and then send them my Nextag username, which I declined to do. After that, my order, which was supposed to ship within two days, just sat there as "pending" for a week. My email inquiry went unanswered, and when I finally called a week later, I kept getting disconnected when I dialed "2" for customer service from the menu. I sent another email, to which I got an answer that Customer Service would call me back that same day, which didn't happen. Instead, I called again and after several attempts did get through to one of the sales people (NOT customer service). The person I spoke to claimed they had sent me an email saying my camera was on backorder. Not only had I not received that email, I also asked him to resend it for my records, which he said he would do, and that email never came, either. I finally cancelled, and the only good thing I can say is that they haven't charged my credit card.Update 12/19: I received a call from them today asking me to renew my order with them and take my review down, offering a free iPod."

" I placed an order for a Canon Powershot SX21- IS 14X in the second half of October. At the time I placed the order, their internet advertised price was $239. The clerk told me his company was having a contest. 'Would I please leave the feedback right away' so he had more chances to win. I did. Mistake! Quick Stop Digital waited about 3 - 5 days before putting my order through with Visa. They charged me $265. This is ($265 - $239 =) $26. more than their internet advertised price when I called in the order. The clerk told me in return for leaving great feedback, he would get me the 4 day shipping option. My Visa account was charged on Oct 27. The order was delivered yesterday - Nov 18. More than 3 weeks delivery time. I have not yet charged up the battery or done any tests on this. I am a little apprehensive. I hope it is not DOA or defective. The way they have treated me, I will consider myself lucky if it is only refurbished."

"I liked shopping on Quick Stop Digital. I ordered Panasonic Lumix FZ100 and it was really good. The price they charged was the cheapest than the other websites. Everything was Brand New and Factory Sealed. The Free Accessories Kit they sent along with the camera are of good quality. The free ground shipping is bit slow but was in the range of 7-9 business days as mentioned. I received it on the 9th business day. I am 100% satisfied and will surely recommend my friends. The only thing I wish is, I want them to maintain this attitude all the time and have more products with the same best prices than any other websites. I wish them a very good luck."
