I never want to deal with a company that has no human leeway on a couple days out of a 15 day return policy. Who the hell do they think they are. Save yourself the time and money and shop elsewhere."

"Not Good. They said they had an item in stock and took payment for it. A couple days later I received an email saying they no longer carried the item. It took them HOW long to figure that out? The only good thing is I did get my money back without any trouble. UPDATE: Was contacted by their customer service manager who was very polite and was very apologetic. He was very concerned about the problem and got down to what went wrong and took steps to correct it to ensure it would not happen again. He took an unpleasant experience and turned it into one that I became happy with. If all customer service departments work as this one has, people could get problems fixed and walk away with a good feeling like I have. They did a great job in fixing a mistake and gave me no hassle about doing it. They really listened to what I had to say. HOW MANY COMPANIES DO THAT? This one did and made me a person that will shop with them again, NOW! "
"I received a confermation letter about my order then nothing else. I went to the website signed up to track my order and could not find any info that my order even existed. Contacted customer service and received a response in a reasonable amount of time. I think their website info could be better. I will have to wait and see about delivery time,that is still two days away."
"At this time, I am very dissatisfied with Quantum Wireless. I ordered a pair of headphones for my husband as a Christmas gift on December 16. My payment cleared on December 19. On the 20th, I contacted the company via the online chat. The representative I spoke to was slow to respond (it took 20 minutes to get a response past "hello.") He was unable to answer my inquiries as to whether my item had shipped. Then I sent an email via the website. I received a call from "Dave" who was initially quite helpful, and told me that my item had not yet shipped and there was a 3 week lead time from the time of ordering, that a shipment would arrive the following week (not in time for Christmas though) and I would receive an email when my order was shipped. It has now been more than 3 weeks, and I still have not received my order or even a confirmation of shipment. My husband has contacted the company and been told that they are still out of stock and do not expect to have another shipment for 2 more weeks! I am very unhappy with the company and do not think I will ever order from Quantum Wireless again in the future, much less make a recommendation to others."
"my order was duplicated and I was told to refuse one order to be sent back for refund. It is hard to refuse the mailman's delivery when you don't see him deliver. Now I must take the duplicate order to a post office and pay to ship back."
