"I needed some tile in a major hurry - I got the best price at Quality Flooring 4 Less. The best part however was the service - they followed through to make sure I got what I needed on time. I would definitely come back to them for any flooring needs! On a previous order, I received a couple cracked tiles due to shipping carrier handling - a few days later the replacements were at my door."
"I ordered tile from Quality Flooring 4 Less and saved around $3.00 a square foot (or around $800 total) compared to other tile retailers. The Quality Flooring 4 Less team was very supportive and responsive during the ordering process - from ordering to shipment."
"Picked up the tile yesterday. Process, communication and customer service were very good (as well as the best price by far!). Will buy from them again."
"Placed order on Mar.2, 2010 and was advised that one item would not be available until April 9. I accepted the date and expected to start the project after that date. Kate from Quality Flooring worked some magic and was able to get the order completed and shipped to my home on the 19th of March, allowing us to start the following week. We had 2 local prices on the tile from Home Depot and a family owned store, Quality Plooring beat both their prices by more than 50%, saving us over $5,000. (yes it was a large job). I would recommend them to anyone starting a big tile job and Kate was great as our sales rep."
"We've used QF4L on several occasions and was extremely pleased with their customer service, price and the Datile slate tiles. QF4L arranged for us to pick up the tiles from a local Datile distribution center, saving us even more money than having them delivered. Would we use QF4L again? ABSOLUTELY!! They were professional and very attentive to our needs. The turnaround time for the product was within 48 hours since it was being shipped from another city. QF4L did all the work for us, we just paid via PayPal and picked up the tile. How easy! Thanks for helping us with our flooring needs."
"I was skeptical as well on ordering after reviews but after talking the Kate and Aaron via Chat I figured it was worth the risk. The interceramic tile that I ordered was 3.50/sf cheaper than other stores. It also was directly ordered from the manufacturer.
The order (in calfornia) took about 7 days, which was faster than I anticipated and this was after there was a little mistake on where it was shipped to. But Kate was quick to respond to that request and fix the issue.
Everything was pretty smooth and I am very happy with the purchase.
The only thing that could have been a little better was that I was informed that it could be shipped to my door and it could not (18 wheeler, which I didn't know, cannot make it up my street) so they after ordering told me they needed to pick a location and that their shipping company didn't give me any heads up on the order.
"I read all of the complaints about QFFL and was very skeptical about purchasing their products. I was looking for a high end hand scraped engineered flooring (Anderson Virginia Vintage to be exact) and saw their ad on ebay. Their price was easily $3.00/ft less than any one else. I called and spoke with David, who also goes by Aaron. He was very polite and straight forward about his pricing and shipping method. Still not a believer, I expressed my concerns about sending $6500 to someone on the internet who I know nothing about. He assured me that he would place an order with Anderson Flooring who would make my floor available to a local distributor for pickup (no shipping charge). In order to convince me that he would fulfill his part of the deal, he allowed me to pay for the flooring when I picked it up. "Fair enough", I said and placed the order. In 3 days, he notified me that my product was ready for pickup. I went to the distributor, was able to inspect the flooring, paid for it, and brought it home. The entire transaction couldn't have gone any better. This floor I paid $6.09/ft sells locally here (Florida) for $14/ft. I don't know if he has a brick and mortar store or is just a guy with a cell phone and a website. but he did exactly what he promised to do at the price he quoted. That's more than a lot of the big name sites do. I never had an issue getting a hold of him. If he wasn't there, he always returned my calls. The entire staff was always very polite. I would definitely buy from him again."
"What I write here is NOT fabricated. I am a real person who my husband and I decided to remodel our home. We have dreamed of a full house of slate tile for years. Quality flooring4 less provided us with the perfect flooring and all needs to have it installed properly, as well as save us literally a thousand dollars!!!!Kate worked wonderfully with us to see that our order went smoothly our pick up was perfect and all in tact. WE DID NOT have it shipped to our home as this is stated it is not advised! Tiles and flooring a delicate when being sent through other distributors who frankly dont give a damn what it is. My 600+ sq. ft of tile does not have one broken piece. I highly recommend them and would tell anyone to do the same and ask for Kate! All around PERFECT buying experience. Thank you soo much. Keith and Buffy"

"Original purchase date: Wednesday, September 30 Item Purchased: 930 ft of Armstrong Afzelia Flooring Sales Rep: David Payment amount: $2873.83 Payment method: Visa Shipment arrived: 10/9/09 with one box damaged. Per their company policy: Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Please check all merchandise upon arrival. If any boxes appear damaged, note this on the bill of lading and have driver sign. QFFL will replace immediately any damaged items, but it must be noted at time of delivery. Since one box was damaged, we noted it on the bill of lading per instruction. I contacted David afterwards and was told to email them the bill of lading. I did so on 10/16/09. No one responded so I called and left messages and emailed David. On 10/27/09, I received email from Aaron asking whether I need a refund. I answered yes, but no refund was ever issued. Since then, I have called on at least 3 separate occasions. No one would return my call. I emailed them again on 1/3/10 notifying them that if they do not respond again within a week, I would file a complain. I never got a response and I filed a complaint with BBB. These guys are not trustworthy and would not honor their own customer satisfaction guarantee. Even though their prices are good, I would advice to steer clear of them as you will never know what you would end up with!"
"First of all, they have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau, so apparently it was not just me who was screwed over.
TAKE OUR ADVICE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! SHADY AND DECEPTIVE. When I say "our", I am referring to the MANY complaints that parallel eachother from different review sites such as measuredup.com, gardenweb.com etc... For sake of time, I was reluctant to write a review. I simply decided that I would be doing people a disservice by not spending a moment to inform.
This simple fact alone should have you raising your eyebrow in an istant. The owner operates under two names. His name is Aaron David. He is a young kid who appears to be in his 20's. If he is the "salesman" he operates under the name of "David". If you request to speak with his boss, you will speak with a gentleman who answers the phone as "Aaron"...who IS "David". Trust me, there is no confusion here. As clear as 2 plus 2 is 4...this is how QFFL operates. One of the secretaries unwillingly verified this for me. This fly-by-night flooring company is SHADY. I have had tremendous luck over the years with online purchasing. I used QFFL because I was extremely pressed for time and made the mistake of not researching the "company" BEFORE purchasing. It took several weeks longer than I was promised to get the product (much of which was damaged and discolored). The late delivery cost me nearly $600 in lost affordable labor. My labor understandably left the site and went on to other jobs, as my promised flooring was nowhere to be found. Still to this day (months after initial purchase) I have yet to receive what I paid for. I have been forced to use other vendors. My house has been a mess for months. COUNTLESS times I was promised an update call or email which never happened. I would find myself patiently/respectfully waiting and out of desperation would make the call myself DAYS later. Any time I called, I was made out to be the felon. The receptionists, especially Cory are way too comfortable in their job security and are really rude. Like another review stated..."she hung up on me." All I did was politely wait for my promised updates and was repeatably forced to call days later when I heard NOTHING. I strongly suggest that anyone type into google "Quality Flooring 4 Less review". With a little patience and web surfing skills you will find a ton of negative reviews. Here is a short quote from just one that I found:
At first this company seemed to be ok - I got great service before I placed my order. Then after I paid, everything changed. Every time I called to ask about my order, the guy who placed my order "just stepped away from his desk for a minute." I got this excuse for days. It's now been almost 2 weeks and I still have no idea where my shipment is. Every day they tell me I'll get an email with the info, yet I've never received an email from them. Very shady! Take your business elsewhere!
measuredup.com
I was not surprised when I read southernjoe's review just below mine on this site. Scroll down and read it for your own sake. It is VERY ACCURATE.
I had these identical situations happen to me also. I have cut/pasted/saved many more customer reviews for my personal files. Although I have never done so, and certainly don't consider myself a complainer, I am planning on sending them all to the BBB and filing an official report.
I wish you the best of luck. Flooring is a huge investment. Read the reviews. Please don't make the mistake I did.
Note: DO NOT BE FOOLED by ANY positive reviews. As another reviewer stated...we are pretty sure that they fabricate positive reviews for themselves. I would not put is past them...this is a deceptive/unprofessional operation. Also, on their ebay site, it seems like any of their positive reviews are from customers recieving tiny sample pieces at $2 transactions...hmm...unfortunately I found all of this out after is was too late."

"I cannot strain enough to you, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!! I placed an order and had missing and damaged materials delivered. I tore my house apart right before the holidays to have this work done and for 2 weeks BEGGED this company and called several times a day to ask for someone to help me and send me a case of my laminate flooring to replace the case of damaged flooring I received and literally for days, different sales people would PROMISE me the flooring was coming even going as far as to tell me it was being shipped that day, however it NEVER came!! They ruined my holidays and cost me hundreds of dollars by having to pay to have my relatives stay in hotels because my floor was never completed in time for the holidays. Upon goggling this company for other unsatisfied customers, I have found SEVERAL reviews as well as positive reviews by a person named brbegrl on several sites as well as eBay. How much flooring can this person really buy? I wonder if this company is leaving false feedback and consumer reviews for themselves to hide the truth about their business practices!! I plan on filing many more reviews and complaints with the BBB, eBay and Paypal!! "
"First time home buyer and first major purchase. I ordered some BR-111 hardwood Brazilian Cherry from Qualityflooring4less.com - To my surprise the trucking company called me literally 3 days after I ordered to arrange delivery. Fast service and great pricing. I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for BR-111 as the sales person knew his stuff!"
"We’ve purchased $6, 833.61 worth of Armstrong laminate flooring and accessories (shipping included), and discovered that whole shipment of laminate floor is unusable and un-installable, due to defective workmanship. We’ve paid via PayPal (using our credit card) per reseller’s specific demand.
(BTW, I will never pay via PayPal: it’s “in bed” with its merchants, as it doesn’t cover defective of imperfect items, only undelivered ones. Insist on paying with your credit card).
It took 3 weeks to allocate and deliver our ordered items (Armstrong Grand Illusion Afzelia L3030 flooring, pads and molding). Soon after delivery we’ve realized that flooring is defective (warped), and immediately contacted reseller.
It took some time to establish communucations and bridge with Armstrong directly, but, as it seems like, is on the right track (demanded full refund).
3 months later (since floor ordering) we still walk on the concrete and plywood (prepared for shiny new flooring), our garage turned into storage for 4 pallets of unusable flooring, and PayPal dropped us like a hot potato.
On other hand, sale was fast and easy, and price was truly unbeatable. I only wish Armstrong was doing better job with its quality control."

"I purchased 1400 sq ft of Armstrong Grand Illusions laminate flooring from Qualityflooring4less.com. I was apprehensive about purchasing from them for two reasons: the amount of the transaction (which was $5K), and the price they quoted per square foot. They were not just lower than everyone else, they were *significantly* lower. I was paying by credit card so I knew I had some protection in case there was a problem. Well, the flooring arrived on the day they predicted, and it was all first quality product, packaged and palletized by the manufacturer. The shipping invoice showed the name of another (flooring) company, so likely Qualityflooring4less acted as a middleman, but it didn't make any difference to me. I was very pleased. "
