"I wanted a computer to be used solely for Photoshop and other photography work such as scanning and printing. Puget Systems looked like it could provide exactly what I wanted, a machine that can handle large files in Photoshop, connect to my older scanners with Firewire ports, with multiple hard drives, including two SSDs, for fast operations. Puget provided helpful advice during the purchase process, lots of options, and great updates regarding the build process and shipping. I ordered the computer during the holidays, but it was delivered just 9 days after I ordered it, despite an intervening weekend and holiday. Everything was packed securely, and it's working perfectly. Having a fast computer without the unnecessary software that comes with the major brands has been great. And it's the quietest computer I've owned, even though it's not their Serenity line. Puget Systems has a very well thought out process, and offers an excellent product. It's a little (not a lot) more expensive than the major brands for comparable features, but having a high-performing computer configured exactly the way I want without unwanted extras is well worth it."

"I have to say that I am very very impressed with all of the QA information and processes described on this company's web site. It is very telling that after a month of assiduous research, this company's web site is the only one I have found that actually discusses hard numbers rather than resorting to puffery to illustrate its concern for selling and standing behind a quality product. I can say the same about its shipping policies which state clearly that it does not recommend "going cheap" when selecting a shipping option for a $4000 plus piece of hardware. They also immediately addressed my emails with thoughtful and actually helpful responses and even talked me out of selecting more expensive OC options which they deem a source for customer dissatisfaction. In fact, this is the only company I have come across that puts customer satisfaction in front of claiming the best specs or best prices. Kudos and keep up the great work!"

"I happen to win the Puget Spirit giveaway on Facebook, but believe me you won't be disappointed if you purchase a system from these guys! Build quality is top notch and everything is neatly assembled inside the case. You turn the pc on and everything works, because they benchmark each system and even take pictures of bios settings for you. "

"These guys are awesome, they know their job and built me the most impressive computer I have ever owned. I certainly got what I paid for, when you get to the point in your Audio Visual computer needs that Dell and HP do NOT cut it, PUGET CUSTOM is the way to go! Great support, phone or email, and the smartest packing, shipping, testing, and build process I have ever seen. I got a Serenity edition and it is everything I had hoped for."

"Love my PC. Love the service and customer support even more.

Have had my system for about a year and a half, had zero problems until recently when I encountered the dreaded "Startup Repair Loop" problem due to a bad/corrupt registry (probably my fault, cycled the power prematurely when something froze/hung). Luckily Puget Tech Support (Micah) helped walk me through the process of recovering my important files and reinstalling Windows.

I caught hell from my gamer friends for "outsourcing" my custom PC build, the price ("it's cheaper to do it yourself blah blah blah), but this is exactly why I don't mind paying a premium -- I get premium support/service in return. It's peace of mind and I like having it when I drop a couple grand on something, from a computer to a car.

These guys get it. It's not about economies of scale and pushing as many PCs out the door as possible, it's like the old car salesmen adage, "you can sell someone a lemon once or do right by them and sell them cars for the rest of their lives". I'll be buying Puget and only Puget PCs/laptops for the rest of my life."

"Puget Custom computers are a very professional team. Jeff started communicating with me ever since I requested a quote. This is my first custom computer and the period up to plugging the computer in and turning it on was interesting, quite an adventure. They kept the status of the order updated, the computer was delivered in perfect condition and it's running smooth and quiet. The system performs better than expected. "I've been coming back to Puget Custom Computers since 2007 and recommend them highly. The desktop they built for me in 2009 is going strong and still way ahead of the curve in terms of what else is out there. Top-notch quality and performance. The only thing I ever had to replace was a fan that went out after two-plus years of heavy-duty use (all day, every day). They're very responsive. Like their website. Like the ability to correspond directly via email with people in the know. Very good experience for five years running. Prices are higher than what you will find in a big-box store, but you get what you pay for and can't appreciate the difference til you try it."

"While I do not usually give reviews pertaining to purchases that I make when it come to Puget Systems I will make an exception. To start off with Jeff Stubbers who was my sales agent was very friendly, competent and knowledgeable about computers. As a matter of fact, he left no stone unturned in making an all out effort in helping me select a computer that best suited my needs. And for that Jeff gets an A+ rating from me. Upon looking at the internal construction of the computer what is clearly indicated is that competent and knowledgeable technicans devoted time and effort to building this machine. Overall, the assembly is simply amazing. And this computer not only runs cold to the touch but it is so quiet I hardly know it is on. I have two additional custom computers but they hardly compare to the Puget machine. One final point and that is there are a number of computer businesses advertising on line and from my own investigative work the ony way to accurately evaluate the overall quality of a business is through acquiring information from the Better Business Bureau. And in looking at what the Bureau had to say about Puget Systems I had no doubt that I had selected the best computer builder to assemble a computer for me. My grade for Puget Systems A++.

"A fun buying experience and excellent products. I was really impressed with the order/build/shipping status for my system on their web site. The status of each phase was very detailed. You are not going to get this information from other mail order vendors. Although it may be a little more expensive than a home build or from consumer vendors, the premium components, build quality and testing make their products a great value."

"Echo I ITX custom built & shipped within a week. Quick i7-3370s is quieter than expected with stock Intel HSFan.
Slight demerit for using two 50cm SATA cables in a case (Antec ISK 110 VESA) with maximum 30cm diagonal distance."

"This is the second computer I've ordered from Puget Systems. The first one was ordered over a year ago and is still running perfectly. This time however, it was an early Christmas present for my wife. For the past year, I've been able to enjoy not only silent computing but silent gaming as well! I wanted her to experience that kind of bliss.

Ever since the first PC I ordered from them, I knew I was going to them for all future PC needs. You see, it starts with their advisors who carefully listens, reviews and tailors your PC depending on your needs. Next, is the production team. I can't give them enough praise, the production team follows a process (that most likely have been tuned over the years) to ensure that the system is built to your exacting specifications. As each step in the process is completed, this information is updated in their system and you can actually track the progress through their website! By the time I received the computer, I had no doubt that it would work right out of the box.

This particular PC I ordered was a Serenity Professional with a i7-3770K processor, 8GB RAM, Asus GTX 670 DCII video card, and an Intel 520 128GB SSD. Incredibly, Puget Systems tamed this high end system and kept it silent. My wife is now able to play Guild Wars 2 @ 1920x1200 with all the fancy graphic features turned on high and still see silky smooth framerates. Best of all, its silent!

"I received my new Puget Systems computer this week..the Spirit model. The professionalism and attention to detail from my initial contact, the ordering and building and finally the shipping has far exceeded my expectations. I wish more companies would follow the lead of Puget Systems. This company is top notch and I would most highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new computer. You are able to follow the complete assembly process step by step through their website and receive pictures of your system as its being built. All paper work, discs, and a complete summary of all the tests done on the system as well as a personal letter from the company President is a quality that you don't see very often today. Thank You Puget systems!"

"I was looking to replace my existing custom computer that was going on 4 years old. It was a nice powerful, water cooled, overclock unit that was still perform adequately but was very, very loud.
I had read about Puget form other sources and decided to see if they had a unit that was both a gamer and could handle Photoshop and was quiet.
Customer service and attention to my needs was “outstanding”. I got lots of individual attention and help form William. After some suggestions from William, that were very prompt, I order the Serenity Pro with some minor tweaks.
First of all I am old enough to remember when customer service was like what you get at Puget. What a great and pleasant experience. I received prompt, courteous and knowledgeable responses to all my questions.
I wanted to use the computer for a few months before I wrote this review to see how well the computer performed.
I love it!!!! It is fast and so very solid and extremely quiet. Basically it is difficult to hear that it is even on.
I will only buy future computers from Puget. In fact I am looking at their laptops now.
