"I would rate this company a 2 out of 5 or barely satisfactory. My order experience was not the best I've encountered. Customer service was acceptable, the individuals I spoke with were courteous and wait time was minimal. However, the first time I contacted them I was put on hold for an additional five minutes after giving my information and then asked if I could be contacted sometime the following day because the person who was helping me had left for the day. No one called back. Lastly, I paid extra for three day delivery service from the time my order was shipped. I recieved 1/4 of my order within the projected 72 hours. Upon calling for additional tracking numbers for the rest, I was informed that the remaining shipment was being sent from the manufacturer and should arrive about a week later. I felt this was misleading. I would have just had it shipped ground for free and saved the extra $23.00 or $25.00 dollars if I had known. I realize my complaints are not serious problems, more like annoyances, but I still felt they needed to be listed. I commend the company on a very easy to use website, great prices, and a staff that was at least willing to help.
Additional review: I am upgrading my previous rating of a 2 to a 3 or from somewhat dissatisfied to satisfied. After speaking with mark I was able to get all tracking numbers and expected dates of arrival. He was professional, and willing to handle all my previous concerns. If I was able to deal with him in the future I would purchase from this company again."

"While searching for a dealer to sell me a specific Mitsubishi projector, I came across the ProjectorUSA site. They had the best price by far, and reasonable shipping rates. After checking ResellerRatings and the various computer and AV forums, I couldn't find anyone with any experience with this company. I decided to give it a try anyhow, figuring that if worse came to worse, the credit card would protect me. Well, my paranoia was completely unfounded. I placed the order on Monday and had the projector in my hands on Friday. Every email during the course of the order was met with a reply within ten or fifteen minutes. By the way, the only reason for any after the order emails was that Mitsubishi had a system glitch the day of the order, and wasn't able to provide a tracking number for the order...We thought it had shipped UPS, when in fact it had shipped FedEx (the projector was drop shipped from Mitsubishi, not a stock item)."
