"I ordered a bunch of mini-dv tapes at a very competitive price. Got e-mail confirmation immediately, then nothing for several days (UPS tracking could not locate the package using the reference as was suggested in the e-mail). Wrote an e-mail asking what's up with my order, got a response (rather quickly to their credit) that it's out of stock and offered to cancel or wait (but no ETA date given). Finally they shipped my order two weeks later, with same UPS ground (I thought sending overnight would be more proper in this situation). So, just proves again -- small store, poor service. Needed the tapes for this Saturday, had to get some from my local brick and mortar instead :(. Stay away. "
