We could not prove the customer was not a Scam. Very high potential of Fraud. When questioned, buyer resorted to foul language and then blackmail tactics threatening bad reviews if we did not send merchandise.”

We placed an order where the customer service department actually hung-up on us, and the owner (Tony) told me that he couldn\u0027t background check my condo address to my CC address and was cancelling my order. Well, I explained to him that my house address belongs to my CC, and my condo was were I was temporarily staying while a mold clean-up took place on my home. Guess what- he told me that he was canceling my order and treated me like a thief. I\u0027ve NEVER had a store treat me so horribly in all my life. Imagine, this creepy Tony guy questioning you on what home you own and don\u0027t own while doing a background check on you over the internet before selling you anything. This is down-right sick! I gave him my home address, my CC number, expiration date, and digits on the back of the card; what else do I need to give for proof of ownership to my CC. My guess is he also wants my blood. Do yourself a favor and never buy from this guy!\u0022 <br><br>Also, I told him I was going to give him a bad review, and he urged me on in a sarcastic voice. <br><br>Well- here it is Tony. You need to get some lessons on customer service and actually be truthful when a customer asks if you own the business. You lied when I asked you the first time and didn\u0027t own up to it since your employee likes to hang up on clients - that must be really embarrassing! And, who wants to do business with a liar???<br><br>Not me!!!! <br><br>Update: I just read Tony\u0027s spin on my interaction with his company; he needs to check his facts. And, he needs to learn that digging into people\u0027s backgrounds just because they want to buy a product from him doesn\u0027t give him the right to do it. He can spout all he wants about protecting the public, but when it gets down to it, what he did was plain wrong and invasive. There was nothing wrong with my CC card, and I gave him all the answers he needed just as any other business requires -even my own. I would never dream of digging into someone\u0027s private information without their permission in the name of business. Tony- you should be ashamed of yourself and the spin you tried to create with your response!!! The fact is that you never apologized to the customer and that is business ethics 101 in my book. Again, shame on you! <br><br>Second update- I checked back to see what type of spin this guy did yet again. Please note that he still has not apologized for the horrid customer service he gave, and he is still spinning a web of lies. Do yourself a favor, and shop somewhere else. "One of our customers had a dryer go out and Prodryers had an exact fit replacement that fit perfectly. Our employee wrote the part number down wrong and instead of just selling me a dryer, they recomended we go back and look to make sure we got the correct one, and I am glad they did, it saved everyone time and money. I found their sales rep to be very knowledgeable and helpful."
