There was a mix up with my order because the online catalog picture did not match the item description. I ended up ordering the wrong thing (2 of them actually!). Turns out the correct item was incorrectly labeled with the wrong specs in their online catalog to boot. Tahnee asked for my number and spoke with one or more of the managers at Prodryers. She called me back within the hour with a solution! Even though the manufacturer apparently does not take returns for the item, Prodryers agreed to accept the return and has agreed to refund my purchase price. Prodryers also waived the restocking fee. Oh and Tahnee found the correct item and sent me a link too. I did have to pay return shipping, but all-in-all I'm happy that I'm not stuck with 2 items I can't use!
