I had tried to order with Newegg, but they turned out to be a pain in the butt. <br><br>I was stunned at the quickness and professionalism of pro-star. They kept me informed at EVERY step of the buying process (unlike Newgg--I had no idea what was happening and after a week, just canceled a 2000 dollar order). <br><br>When I phoned to find out why my laptop had not shipped, they said they had to redo it because my cpu (I had it changed from what was in the MSI laptop) had some issues during the burn in process. I appreciated the honesty and candor. I had no problem (obviously) waiting a little longer form my laptop. I have had zero problems with my laptop and am considering ordering another one this year.<br><br>I would WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend Pro-Star to anyone looking for A new laptop.
