"Ordered a black and a color cartridge for my Epson 785EPX. The items arrived in about 4 days. Their price is cheap and the quality is acceptable. It's ok to print regular stuff but not photos. The quality is just not comparable to the original Epson. I tried different settings and still got the same mediocre results when I print photos. Too grainy. I would recommend only for regular paper prints and not photo."

"Losers
ordered a new hp black cartridge. they said that they shipped it but never received order or notification. left alternative delivery info and they either ignored it or ... sent 4 emails wondering what was up and nothing. cancelled credit card payment and got a response right away. losers"

"I ordered printer cartridges almost 1 year ago and have not heard anything after 53 emails and numerous phone calls to their "answering machine" I have a copy of the cashed check, so I know somebody is there...Email me for more details if interested...These people are thieves....Do not buy!"

"These guys are selling junk. I purchased two high capacity color officejet G85 cartridges, and they both don't work correctly. One gives abundance of Red and the other gives an abundance of purple. I hadn't had a chance to use the new ones for a few months after I bought it, but when I send Printpal an e-mail, informing them of my problem, they just ignored me. Choose another vendor, or buy the original manufacturer. This company is a looser. "

"Professional and expeditious service. Purchased two replacement black cartridges for my Lexmark printer. Regular price for a single cartridge is $35.00 and up. The total cost for the two I purchased from PrintPal was $43.90 which included free USPS Priority mail shipping, WOW! Cartridges are remanufactured from the original manufacturer.
