"I ordered a pushtube and mount for an ATV plow kit. I was charged for the products as well as shipping on the 13th. I did not recieve the pushtube until 1/23/12. The packing slip enclosed said it has both products. It did not. I left 4 voicemails and sent an email regarding the situation. I finally got a response via email 2 days later. It took threatening to report them to my credit card company to get a refund on the product. DO NOT USE!"

"I ordered from them on Amazon.com (where there rating are good) and they do not respond to any attempts to contact them. USPS delivered my package to the wrong address and the merchant will not even acknowledge me. All of there bad ratings on Amazon are followed by a rebuttal stating it was the customers fault, so I don't expect them to hone up to anything wether it was there fault or not.

My bad review is due to their customer service, I wish I would have read the rating here first.

Edit: After contacting Amazon they removed my review and another bad one posted this morning, my review followed amazons guidelines but was still removed (as did the other I saw). This leads me to assume that you can pay for a good rating on Amazon."

"Wow. Ordered a windvest windshield and paid extra for 2nd day air shipping on thursday, the 12th. The money was taken out of my account the following day, but it's now thursday the 19th, and thier web site is still showing my status as "processing". Ive left at least 5 voice mails asking for a return call and set several emails. No one answers the phone or returns calls. My calls tomorrow will be to the BBB. "

"No wonder they never answer there phone jason is the only in there and he is always talking to some one because there service is terrible and every one who falls for there trap calls them non stop. ive been waiting 4 weeks for a trail tech vapor for my ltr its on back order..go figure....and all the fake reviews on their website about how there service is so fast and unbeatable. is bull$hit. .com is by far the worst place to buy anything...even if u wanna buy nothing at all. dont buy it here ull never get it....."

"Horrible!!!! I ordered a rear rack for my four wheeler, the item specifically read "QuadBoss Rear Rack for Sport ATVs", but to my supprise when it arrived, it was a mounting bracket...WTF. No where did it say anything about a mounting bracket. I agree, I feel like these guys are a bunch a crooks. I wish I could have used an AMEX and I would have just disputed the charge. The return policy includes you pay the shipping plus a 10% restocking fee. I think I will use the brackets for target practice.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The service is HORRIBLE. I ordered parts on Monday 1/2/12 and it was not shipped until Friday 1/6/12. This is unacceptable.I was charged almost $19.00 for shipping a 2 pound package. At that price I felt that I would have had it by Friday. I tried calling twice and all I could get was voice mail. I emailed them twice and never got a response. I can't beleive they are still in business. Tell all your friend to stay away from this business. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. YOU--WILL--BE--SORRY."

"On December 26th I ordered a part for my snowmobile and it showed the part as in stock. Checking the status of my order it showed "processing" after 8 days the order was still processing. I emailed but got no reply so I called them the next day and got the infamous Jason on the phone. He said it was going out today and that because of the holidays it was only 4 business days. Apparently math is not Jason's strong suit because as of today it was 5. He said 4 days to ship an item was NOT an excessive amount of time. I told him if I didn't have a tracking number I would dispute the charges with my CC and refuse the package. I will never buy from these fly by night a-holes again. I'll pay an extra few dollars and order from Dennis Kirk from now on. This is the typical basement run business that stocks NOTHING and orders in as items are needed."

"Avoid like the plague
Purchased a rear rotor for my motorcycle online after calling to confirm the part was the right one. Sure enough the part number received matched but the rotor didn't fit front or rear. It took almost 3 weeks to receive it and after they received it back, charged me shipping and handling for the return. TOTAL RIPOFF"

"They are the worst. If you order from them on Amazon and leave a neutral or worse review, they (Jason I'm guessing) generally blames the customer and in some cases flat-out misrepresents the truth. How these d-bags manage a 95% rating on Amazon is beyond me. Like suggested above, avoid like the plague!"

"I'm disappointed that I ordered from this bunch of crooks before checking here first. The only reason I bought from these clowns, rather than my usual supplier (Powersports PARTS, who are excellent - see here: http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Powersport_Parts) is because Powersports Parts didn't stock the items I wanted.

I ordered three parts for my Yamaha Banshee:
a Motion Pro CR Pro Throttle Kit;
a Motion Pro Idle Kit; and
a Cycra Pro-Bend Racer Pack for 7/8in. Handlebars

When I eventually got my package I discovered that the twist throttle kit was missing. There was also no packing slip in the box so I don't know whether they just missed them out or whether they were sent separately and lost in transit as I never received any notification of dispatch either. I have since emailed them on numerous occasions to request a new throttle kit but they have not replied to any of the emails over the past few months. They still have my money and I don't have a throttle kit!

If Powersports Superstore are reading this, my order number was 58985. Please contact me to resolve this issue!"

"CLOWN'S the head supervisor Jason L works directly under the owner of the company who will not speak with any customers, and does not have a voice mail to leave a message.

Placed my order over the phone after 2pm on Friday 11.4.2011 and i asked if this order would ship out today. I was told no that I missed the deadline for shipping today, and that it would ship out on Monday. I was fine with that. I checked my bank account and YES they charged my card....good...order is processed and ready to ship out Monday 11.7.2011.

I called on Monday 11.7.2011 and got Jason L. the Head Supervisor - no one above him but the owner who doesn't have time nor technology for customers - and he explained to me that my order was not finished processing and that my product would not ship out until maybe Thursday 11.10.2011 or Friday 11.11.2011.

He then proceeded to preach me their information on their web site about processing/shipping/etc. I did not place my order through their site, i placed it over the phone with a human, who sits right next to Jason L - Head Supervisor, directly under the owner who does not have time for customers.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! RUN AWAY QUICKLY!!!

I cancelled my order and placed it with another online retailer that beat this places prices, and was guaranteed a tracking number by tomorrow."

"Avoid this company like the plague! This company doesn't stock the items they offer. There shipping prices are over the top. Your cart only qualifies for free shipping if you buy items that are over priced and have the shipping built into the price. If the item is at a price lower then a competitors it wont qualify for free shipping. There prices on their website do not match there prices on amazon."

"I ordered a RK chain for my VFR on 7/26/11. Online info said it was in stock. My credit card was charged 7/26 and the chain was shipped 8/2 via USPS from TX arriving in NJ on 8/5. I sent an email to Powersport on 7/31 asking for an order update but did not get a reply. I'm a happy camper since I did not need the chain right away and I wanted the best price I could find. I would buy from this outfit again."

"I should have known better than to buy from an online business before checking here. My story is much the same as others you see here. I ordered saddlebag supports for my wife's bike. They were listed as being in stock. Five days later my credit card was charged and now they are listed as back-ordered. I have a feeling this is one of those fly-by-night companies that doesn't keep any inventory in stock and only orders the parts when one of their customers makes an order. I've tried calling repeatedly and always get their answering service. Emails are never returned after multiple attempts. Take your money elsewhere to a company that deserves it. This company doesn't"
