"You can tell the quality of a merchant with how they deal with mistakes. I ordered two items, brake lines, front and rear. I received brake lines. The front was correct. Instead of the rear I got another set of fronts for a completely different bike. When I called I was told they would send the correct one AFTER I returned the mistake, but if I wanted it faster to order another one and they would refund me when they received the wrong one in return. I WILL order the correct one because I don't have the time to wait for the exchange, but will order from somewhere else. The one that I was sent by THEIR mistake I will sell myself because it's worth twice as much as what I paid for, for the correct one. It'll be like I got it for free and their *return policy* not only cost them the profit on the wrong part they sent, but a customer as well."
"First negative review I have ever written online. But I see that I am not the first. BUYER BEWARE!I ordered a new Scorpion MC helmet over-night. I needed it immediately. When it did not come, I asked for a refund. I received an apology and I was promised a "FULL REFUND" of all costs if I sent the helmet back at my expense.I was refunded the overnight fee the next day. Good.The helmet came days later for a full refund and did receive a refund, $15.99, short, with no email explanation, adjusted invoice, new statement, etc. Nothing.Calling days later I was told by a rep that I "owed some shipping costs." When I called a second time, Nick, "the boss," he said, said that I owed a "restocking charge and a couple dollars shipping. He said there was no one higher up with whom I could speak. I told him I was interested in doing more business if we could get this straightened out and that they would honor their promise. Nick said he was not responsible for anything promised by anyone in his company.Yikes. Where is any integrity in that picture?"
"Ordered Saddlemen bag and Linby bar on the 7th. They were the best price i found on the net and free shipping. Received notice items shipped out the 10th. Received items via UPS Ground on the 13th. Items packaged well and as ordered. Cali. here I come...Go Blue!"
"These guys have very long processing time. Way below what I've come to expect from internet retailers. You need so ship same day or next day to keep me happy. These guys take a week before they ship."
"Horrible experience. Ordered parts to finish a motorcycle before our big move on Saturday for delivery by no later than the following Saturday. Even put 2ND day air on the order. By Wednesday the parts were still not shipped. Called to ask why? They didn't have the parts. They didn't notify by email or call... Nothing. The sales clerk was nonchalant and says he would just cancel the order. I explained I urgently needed those parts and asked to speak to a manger. The sales clerk puts me in hold and comes back a few minutes later to tell me none are available. I explain I will hold. After 20 mins on hold. A young man comes on the phone and explains he can't help me, can't offer me a substitute because they can't search their inventory, and won't expedite shipping on a new order. He was very blunt, and offers no solutions other than to cancel the order. I emailed the company to seek any kind of resolution to just obtain some other filters that would work. I was emailed back by the same manager , Jason L. Who again did not accept responsibility, was argumentative, pointed fingers at me, and left me frustrated. I will never again have anything to do with PowersportSuperstore.com. In addition to the wasted time I had ordering with them. I have to waste more time waiting for my credit card to get credited."
"I ordered an S&S carburetor kit for 450 bucks on a Sunday. Then I read reviews here on Tuesday. I was really worried. Carb arrived on Wednesday. It was very well packaged. I am in Wisconsin & they are in Texas so shipping time was excellent. I did upgrade to UPS for a couple of bucks. My experience rates this an A-1 retailer"
"I ordered a motor cycle chain late on a Thursday night via Amazon. Friday I looked at this review site and had serious doubts. My order was processed that Friday, mailed Monday and arrived in my mailbox Wednesday. All in all excellent service and a very competitive price. That was my recent experience."
"I ordered Baffles for my Ultra 2 days ago and when I went to Amazon, the status showed "Shipping Soon". So I called and spoke to a manager named JASON. He gave me the biggest run around he could. He HUNG UP on me twice. I told him I wanted to cancel my order and all of the sudden my baffles were shipped according to him. I said I needed proof that they were shipped or I would dispute the charge and also call Amazon. So like a punk, he hung up again, and in 10 seconds I received an email from Amazon stating my order had been canceled. These guys are a joke!!! I then ordered the baffles from Dennis Kirk, I already have an email that they are shipping today and I'll have them Monday. Stay away from this company."
"I agree with all the others. I ordered some motorcycle goggles on a Wednesday from these guys through Amazon. I needed them for the weekend, so I ordered two-day shipping. The delivery date was stated for Friday. When they didn't arrive, I emailed the company and they gave me a complete run around and tried to mislead me, saying the scheduled date was supposed to be Monday. Their whole attitude was devious and unacceptable. I told them I'd refuse the shipment on Monday since I needed them for a weekend ride. They essentially told me they would assess a bunch of fees. These guys are total scammers. Stay far, far away."

"I ordered and two brothers repack kit and all I got was the wool and no rivets. Called and they wanted to charge me more shipping to send the right thing and not even refund the last shipping cost. The customer service rep was just rude and nasty. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. Wish I would of read the reviews before ordering."
"My experience is similar to many of the other posts. I ordered front and rear brake pads from them for my bike. I placed the order one Fri afternoon, my credit card was charged the next day, but my order was only shipped the following Wed. When it arrived, I was traveling out of town. When I returned I found the envelope, but it contained only the front brake pads. The invoice had a note on it that said the rear brake pads were no longer available and their price was refunded. I checked two weeks after the package was sent out, and found that the refund still had not been credited. I sent PowersportSuperstore an e-mail asking about this. They responded that they meant to ask me if I wanted them to send me a different set of brake pads instead of the ones that were not available. They could have asked me two weeks earlier. Indeed I asked them to send me a different set of brake pads. Then I didn't hear from them for three days. I sent them another e-mail to ask about the status of my order. They responded that they assumed I knew these other brake pads weren't in stock either because that's what their website says, and they asked if I wanted my money refunded. Actually, three days earlier, when I ordered those pads, their website showed them as in stock. In fact, even the original pads I had ordered 18 days before still showed up as in stock. I asked them to refund my money, which they did. So in the end, no great harm was done, except that if they had communicated with me more efficiently, I could have ordered those rear brake pads from another store and my bike could have been up and running three weeks earlier. A few days later I checked again, and both kinds of brake pads again showed up as in stock on their website. I find that unlikely to be true--one they said was no longer available from the manufacturer, and for the other, they never said it would be restocked soon."
"Wish I had searched for them before ordering. Ordered a Brake Light Assembly and Brake light controller from them. They only sent the controller (worthless without the light) and hand wrote that I'd be refunded the difference.Support email box is full and emails get returned. Phone line never picks up, goes to Voice Mail. And they don't call back.Opened PayPal dispute and am trying to save you the hassle and loss of money."
"I ordered a set of BikeMaster bar ends before I read all these bad reviews and I probably wouldn't have if I had read them first. However, I had absolutely no problems at all with my order. I placed the order on Sunday night, it came up as "processing" until Wednesday when it it was marked as "shipped" and I received the package on Friday. Not bad at all in my opinion. That was a small order and I'd still be weary about placing a much larger order due to all the horror stories posted here, but I felt I should write a good review on my order because my experience was good. "This company is horrible. The parts showed up 5 days late, they waited 5 days until they even shipped, a total of 10 days from order to delivery. Thats Texas to CA, not that far. I ordered Factory Connection Fork Springs for my dirtbike, and recieved Race Tech Fork Springs for a Street Bike. The box actually said Street Bike Srpings, with my packaging slip reading Factory Connection Dirt Bike. I think there is some poor guy with a street bike holding my Dirt Bike Srpings right now all pissed also. I called and they told me to return I needed to get shipping labels emailed to me and it would be 2 days before they could process my shipping labels and email them to me. I told the guy that they completly messed up my order, and could he just try to speed up the process. Nope, not at this company. So I order new springs from another company, and its been several days now and still have not received the shipping labels. When I call they just put me on hold, and then say they are sorry and will try to get me my shipping labels. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any online retailer. Both Jason and Chris are idiots."
