"My experience is similar to many of the other posts. I ordered front and rear brake pads from them for my bike. I placed the order one Fri afternoon, my credit card was charged the next day, but my order was only shipped the following Wed. When it arrived, I was traveling out of town. When I returned I found the envelope, but it contained only the front brake pads. The invoice had a note on it that said the rear brake pads were no longer available and their price was refunded. I checked two weeks after the package was sent out, and found that the refund still had not been credited. I sent PowersportSuperstore an e-mail asking about this. They responded that they meant to ask me if I wanted them to send me a different set of brake pads instead of the ones that were not available. They could have asked me two weeks earlier. Indeed I asked them to send me a different set of brake pads. Then I didn't hear from them for three days. I sent them another e-mail to ask about the status of my order. They responded that they assumed I knew these other brake pads weren't in stock either because that's what their website says, and they asked if I wanted my money refunded. Actually, three days earlier, when I ordered those pads, their website showed them as in stock. In fact, even the original pads I had ordered 18 days before still showed up as in stock. I asked them to refund my money, which they did. So in the end, no great harm was done, except that if they had communicated with me more efficiently, I could have ordered those rear brake pads from another store and my bike could have been up and running three weeks earlier. A few days later I checked again, and both kinds of brake pads again showed up as in stock on their website. I find that unlikely to be true--one they said was no longer available from the manufacturer, and for the other, they never said it would be restocked soon."
"Wish I had searched for them before ordering. Ordered a Brake Light Assembly and Brake light controller from them. They only sent the controller (worthless without the light) and hand wrote that I'd be refunded the difference.Support email box is full and emails get returned. Phone line never picks up, goes to Voice Mail. And they don't call back.Opened PayPal dispute and am trying to save you the hassle and loss of money."
"I ordered a set of BikeMaster bar ends before I read all these bad reviews and I probably wouldn't have if I had read them first. However, I had absolutely no problems at all with my order. I placed the order on Sunday night, it came up as "processing" until Wednesday when it it was marked as "shipped" and I received the package on Friday. Not bad at all in my opinion. That was a small order and I'd still be weary about placing a much larger order due to all the horror stories posted here, but I felt I should write a good review on my order because my experience was good. "
"This company is horrible. The parts showed up 5 days late, they waited 5 days until they even shipped, a total of 10 days from order to delivery. Thats Texas to CA, not that far. I ordered Factory Connection Fork Springs for my dirtbike, and recieved Race Tech Fork Springs for a Street Bike. The box actually said Street Bike Srpings, with my packaging slip reading Factory Connection Dirt Bike. I think there is some poor guy with a street bike holding my Dirt Bike Srpings right now all pissed also. I called and they told me to return I needed to get shipping labels emailed to me and it would be 2 days before they could process my shipping labels and email them to me. I told the guy that they completly messed up my order, and could he just try to speed up the process. Nope, not at this company. So I order new springs from another company, and its been several days now and still have not received the shipping labels. When I call they just put me on hold, and then say they are sorry and will try to get me my shipping labels. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any online retailer. Both Jason and Chris are idiots."

"I bought a T Bag Falcon from them. THe strap broke in three hours of riding. I told Powersports Superstore about it and they told me to go call the manufacturer. They don't help or stand by their products."

"I find this to be very odd and contradictory to my personal experience. Had I read this information prior to ordering I may have not placed the order but I am absolutely glad that I did. I placed an order on Monday at about 4 pm for a couple of tires and selected the free shipping option provided. I received the order the very next day at about 11:15 am by UPS. That is less than 24 hours from the time that I placed the order. I was absolutely pleased and will do business with them in the future. I would certainly recommend to anyone that asked. THANKS POWERSPORT SUPERSTORE!"
"Buyers BEWARE!! These are ROADSIDE THIEVES! Powersport Superstore is selling items that require assembly and expect the buyer to pay extra for the assembly instructions. Although not shown in their product description, some items are not sent with assembly instructions. When I returned the item using their “Return Authorization”, they still charged me a restocking fee for an UNOPENED item. Thanks to Amazon’s investigative team, I later was refunded the difference that Powersport Superstore tried to mug me of. LOOK ELSEWHERE!! THE SLIGHTLY CHEAPER PRICE IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE."
"Ordered a saddlemen bag for my bike. One of the bags straps broke the first time I mounted it to my bike. I immediately emailed them and explained. The next day I get an email telling me they would be in contact with the manufacturer to fix the problem. I email them back to find out how long this would take because I have a trip planned. Again the next day they tell me they are at the mercy of saddlemen. So I email them again and explain that I didn't buy from saddlemen, that they are responsible for the purchase. I hear nothing by the next day, so I call them. They put me on hold and tell me they would email me a return prepaid shipping label and as soon as they get it back they would ship me a new one. Why did it take 4 days to tell me that? They could've done that from day one. I told them they could stick their bag up their ass and refund my money. I have already made a purchase from Dennis Kirk. I hope their company rots and burns. Their customer service sucks. SPREAD THE WORD!!!"
"Ordered 8qts of oil and got 7. They told me they remember putting 8 in the box i told them that if they remember that then there lying cuz i only got 7. The Stupid dumb ass Jason wrote me and said Im sorry,it was confirmed that 8 were shipped. Thats all he wrote.Y would i lie about one qt? These guys are lairs and i will be posting on all the forums! "I ordered a pushtube and mount for an ATV plow kit. I was charged for the products as well as shipping on the 13th. I did not recieve the pushtube until 1/23/12. The packing slip enclosed said it has both products. It did not. I left 4 voicemails and sent an email regarding the situation. I finally got a response via email 2 days later. It took threatening to report them to my credit card company to get a refund on the product. DO NOT USE!"
"I ordered from them on Amazon.com (where there rating are good) and they do not respond to any attempts to contact them. USPS delivered my package to the wrong address and the merchant will not even acknowledge me. All of there bad ratings on Amazon are followed by a rebuttal stating it was the customers fault, so I don't expect them to hone up to anything wether it was there fault or not. My bad review is due to their customer service, I wish I would have read the rating here first. Edit: After contacting Amazon they removed my review and another bad one posted this morning, my review followed amazons guidelines but was still removed (as did the other I saw). This leads me to assume that you can pay for a good rating on Amazon."
