"WOW WISHED I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE GIVING MY CREDITCARD INFO TO THEM. THIS TURNED OUT TO BE A NIGHTMARE. THE RUDE DAVID GALLAGHER WAS MY SALES PERSON. HAD PROBLEMS WITH HIM AND ATTITUDE RIGHT AWAY. TOLD HIM FORGET ORDER AND HUNG UP. HE KEPT CALLING BACK. OK PLACED ORDER FOR 5600.00. HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME TOTAL PRICE. ASKED HIM TWICE. SD HE WOULD EMAIL ORDER INFO CONFIRMATION AND HUNG UP. RECEIVED NOTHING. WENT TO THEIR SIGHT PUT IN MY EMAIL TO SET UP ACCT. IT ALREADY EXISTED WITH A PASSWORD THAT I DID NOT HAVE. TOOK ME AN HOUR TO RETRIEVE A NEW PASSWORD THAT I NEVER MADE THE FIRST ONE FOR. OK THEN I FINALLY PULL UP THEIR INVOICE AND ITS NOT CORRECT. CALL THEM NEXT MORNING. ON HOLD 30 MIN FOR DAVID EXTENSION. CALL BACK CUSTOMER SERVICE # GET HIM RIGHT AWAY WHEN I SAY I"M CANCELING. INFORMED I CAN NOT CANCEL ORDER HAS BEEN SENT OUT. TOLD THEM I CKD STATUS AND IT WASN'T EVEN PROCESSED. GET AN EMAIL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE 2 HOURS LATER GIVING TRACKING INFO THAT STATES INFO SENT TO SHIPPING COMPANY FOR THEM TO PICK UP. WHAT PART OF I AM NOT ORDERING THIS DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND. TALKED TO MY CREDITCARD COMPANY. SD THEY WOULD BLOCK FUTURE CHARGES FROM THEM. MY CARD HAS BEEN TIED UP FOR OVER A MONTH WAITING ON RESOLUTION. THEY KEEP SAYING ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND WILL NOT CANCEL. 2 1/2 WEEKS AFTER THIS I GET A 5# PACKAGE FROM THEM (THE WHOLE ORDER WOULD HAVE BEEN 300#S). I RETURNED UNOPENED. KICKER IS I THEN START GETTING OTHER PACKAGES FROM COMPANIES THAT BUY AND SELL REFURBISHED, USED OR OTHER CONDITION PRODUCTS. POWERSELLER IS NOTHING BUT AN EBAY RESELLER. LOOK UP THE WORD POWERSELLER ON EBAY. IF WE COULD GET DAVID GALLAGHER'S EBAY NAME WE COULD TURN HIM IN TO EBAY AND I'M SURE HE WOULD BE KICKED OFF THEIR POWERSELLER STATUS. LOOK AT THEIR RETURN POLICY CLOSELY ALSO. SOME ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE EXCEPT. AND IT LISTS EVERYTHING THEY OFFER. YOU CAN'T RETURN ITEMS TO THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE SHIPPED FROM EBAY SELLERS THAT THEY PURCHASED FROM AND GIVE YOUR SHIPPING INFO TO THEM SO THAT THEY SEND ITEMS TO YOU. IF YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO SOMEONE FOR NOTHING GIVE IT TO A GOOD CAUSE."
"Never order anything from these people. Waited a month to receive the wrong product. Ordered the Casio XJ-M240 but received the XJ-A240. When I received the product I looked on their website and noticed the cost difference. The XJ-M240 was $1079 and the xj-A240 was $1045. After asking for a refund for the cost difference they change the price on the website. changing the XJ-M240 to $1079 and the XJ-A240 to $1089. product sent was also poorly boxed and shipped out. Everything was just stuffed with cutout cardboard pieces. 2/9/12 * update in response to powersellernyc response. If I only paid $969 why was I charged $1048.99??? Why don't I get a refund based on just that response alone? No matter what you say you guys still sent me the wrong product (that I did not want) and the cost difference you say is debatable cuz you keep changing it. How is the product you sent me better? They both have similar specs but the main difference is the one I wanted was 3D ready. The unit I got is not but is slimmer. The packaging was still poorly shipped too. I did not respond to your calls because there is nothing to say. Why should I say thanks for sending me the wrong product that I didn't want???? Shouldn't you be saying sorry?? great customer service!*btw PowersellerNYC don't bother calling. You already screwed up. I don't trust or need anything from you guys. I'm not gonna wait another month for you to send me the right product and the cost difference is debatable since you keep changing the price or should I get a $79.99 ($1048.99-$969) refund since I was charged $1048.99 when you said I only paid $969?? "Beware of this seller. They lie and tell you your item is in stock. When it is not. They didn't give me an order status after repeated calls. You are on hold as if it is a big corp. the sales person was downright rude. After waiting for several weeks, i somehow managed to cancel the order. They were not even helpful in cancelling the order.Stay away from this shop even if it is 50% cheaper than the competition. Not worth it."

"Please beware of this seller.I bought a LED TV advertised as *NEW* on their website, but in fact I received a refurbished one. The unit was supposed to include a pair of 3D glasses, which of course were NOT in the box. The TV works fine so far, but man, I just feel ripped off.Another issue is that the customer service is awful. The guy that managed my order (David Gallagher) has a very bad attitude. Treated me as if he was doing me a favor, just plain rude.If you are looking to buy a new TV please stick to serious and well established stores. You might find some good deals at PowersellerNYC, but you will be rolling the dice with the product you'll receive. "

"Purchased a Sony XBR52HX909 LED television on June 10, 2011. Item received in timely fashion and in excellent condition. Powerseller NYC delivered my TV. at the best price available and I would purchase from them again. Customer service was also excellent adressing my concerns regarding possible shipping issues. "The lowest price with one minor issue.I purchased a HTSB500 Sharp SoundBar from this vendor. I thought it was going to be a new unit and upon receiving it, it did look new and operated great.Later, when I registered the product with Sharp, Sharp advised me that the unit was in fact "refurbished" and this voided the one-year warranty with Sharp and now Sharp would only warrant the unit for 30 days. When I contacted Powerseller about this, I was told that they too believed it to be a new unit and apparently their "distributor" sold it to them as new and they would take issue with this with the distributor. The Powerseller Customer Service representative then offered me two "free" HDMI cables as compensation and also offered me the a 4 year warranty at no cost to me and the warranter did tell me that they would stand behind the warranty even though the product is refurbished. I think this is a good deal and I am satisfied. "
