Steve was very professional, caring and understanding to all my concerns. I had read some of the previous experiences that others had with PSNYC and was very skeptical to the point that I even cancelled my order with them. But the communication from Steve, Kevin and Jen was exceptional and very reassuring.One of my biggest concerns was getting a factory new TV, not a used or refurbished unit. Steve guaranteed me that I was getting a factory new, never used or opened TV. In fact, he took the extra step to email me that if my purchase was not new, that he would not charge me for it. Awesome customer service move on your part Steve.I completed my order on Friday and by the following Thursday, it was delivered to me. I was so impressed that I got my order before Christmas. Another customer service plus. When my TV arrived, I noticed that the outside of the box was in mint condition. Not like it was sitting around in some warehouse for months. Then I opened the box to check for any unforeseen damage. I was pleased to find that the inside of the box was just as nice. I came across the manufactured date located on the back of the TV. I was very happy to see that it was manufactured in November 2012. Once again, Great Job PowersellerNYC! The delivery guy was so nice and patient. He allowed me to inspect my order with absolutely no rush or pressure. On top of the already great service, I found out that my warranty had been pre-registered with the warranty company. All I had to do was give them my personal info and I was done. I will definitely be calling on PowersellerNYC on future electronic purchases. "I purchased a beautiful SAMSUNG LED by phone and paid on Internet. Soon after read some fairly negative reviews. I called the salesman KEVIN SAUNDERS and he assured me everything would be fine, and he lied. It was much better than fine. If this was poker, I hit a ROYAL FLUSH dealing with KEVIN. I saved a decent amount of money and got fast courtious delivery. Couldn't ask for more. Would definatly purchase again. By the way there are many satisfied customer reviews. The best thing I did for my own piece of mind is as follows. When TV was delivered I opened the box, and called the Manufacturer with seriel number. When they told my my unit was built just a couple of months ago and I had the full warranty I knew I had no worries.Thanks Kevin. You the man!!!"
"I ordered a 55" Sony Bravia television. I got the lowest price out there from PowersellerNYC. The sales representative was easy to reach and very informative. It took about 2 weeks for the package to arrive and it was in perfect condition. I had a question about the warranty and the sales rep answered my question."
"A very poor experience. Order was placed on October 11th for a 60 in LED TV. First of all, the price is quite misleading, they have a hidden fee of "shipping insurance" which they will spring on you at the end of the conversation. Their website clearly states "No hidden fees". They will charge you about $60 to ship this TV due to it's size and the fact they will also use a no name shipper. Their website is clearly intended to mislead you! Forget about the 2% discount. This will only apply if you send them a check or money order. Don't do it! After two weeks of waiting, I finally got through to a human being at their shipper's office. After being on hold for over 10 minutes he came back to the phone and informed me that they damaged the TV and I would need to contact PSNYC for a replacement. After calling my salesman, Kevin, I was informed first that he had tons of them in stock and would ship a replacement with "expedited freight" within 7 business days. After another wait on the phone he informed me "I'm sorry we are all out of stock on this model" I'll give you this other "better" one for the same price. The other one was a year and a half old model. Can you say "bait and switch?" or "up-sell?". If you read the other reviews you will see this is a common occurrence at PSNYC. Their website was still advertising the TV as in stock. How come all these TV's are getting damaged in shipping? Mine was still sitting in a warehouse in NYC or Jersey. Very fishy! You may ask yourself, "why didn't this guy run as fast as he could away from these jokers?". I ordered another bait and switch TV from them more out of curiosity. Kevin promised to "rush ship" this to me within 7 days. After another 3 calls to another fly by night shipper, it was scheduled for delivery a full 14 days after ordering the second time. The only thing this place has going for it is the price. Customer service stinks. They will tell you anything to make the sale. If you read the reviews, they will call up dissatisfied buyers and have them change their reviews with discounts and other goodies. Don't trust the number of positive reviews.I won't be doing that! It was all around a painful experience. If after my review you still decide to go with these guys, I suggest the following: Go in to a dark room and attempt to give yourself a tonsillectomy! It will be less painful and more enjoyable then buying from them! "

I expected something like a broken or refurbed unit to show up, but I figured I had fraud protection on my card so I might as well give it a try. "Initially very helpful but deception about when items were shipped. Called and email numerous times and was assured that all of the items were shipped when they actually were not. Was promised again that they would expedite shipping only to find out that was also a deception. Low prices but had to follow up at least six times to get my order. Took them 10 days to get something they had in stock (or so they said) labeled and shipped. Not sure how you can stay in business with this level of ethics. I wont be back"
"I purchased a Sony KDL-55HX850 (55" LED TV) from PSNYC because they had the cheapest price. Contrary to some of the reviews, there was absolutely nothing wrong with this transaction. It arrived to West Texas 6 days after I ordered it. I called several times to inquire about the order; I was never put on hold, and Alex, my sales associate, was always very courteous. I have noticed a great deal of negative feedback on here involving the "insurance" charge, which I will comment on, because if I had the option, this would have been the reason I gave 4.5 stars instead of 5. I too was assessed a shipping charge ($77 on $2100 order). Indeed, this shipping charge either 1) was buried in the fine print upon checkout; or 2) appeared for the first time on my invoice. That said, even with the "insurance" charge, the price was still considerably lower than pretty much all of the competition.Accordingly, the only thing that could have made this transaction better would have been a bit more candor. I would most definitely do business with them again and recommend them to others. I cannot stress how nice it was to be able to call them, have a person (not a machine) answer the phone EVERY time, and request to speak to my sales associate (Alex), who was always there to take my call."
