"I am very satisfied with the laptop that I have purchased from Powernotebooks.com. I ordered PowerPro 11:36, and it is definitely much cheaper than any other gaming laptop. It has a beautiful look and powerful Nvidia GeForce with i5 3rd generation processor. It also has an empty slot for a second HDD and 2 more additional slots for the RAM if you wanna increase it up to 32GBs.

As a student I had a licensed Windows from my university, so basically I saved 100 dollars on it as well.

Also their staff is incredibly helpful. They are responding very fast to your e-mails and extremely nice. The money that I spent for this laptop is worth it, and I would suggest to everyone!"

"Powernotebooks staff are one of the best in the industry,
have been very helpful and supported me all the way.
i had a small issue in shipping and Donald even replied and assisted me on non-working day.
i count myself as a hard to satisfy costumer who is picky and full of
complains, i probably called a dozen of time and sent numerous
emails i even changed my order twice , still they answered all my questions and replied
to all my emails and happily changed my orders.
i had my laptop shipped to africa where i work and the
packaging was superior as well.
i highly recommened powernotebooks , thats my 2nd order i do with them and i can say am always happy working with such
dedicated staff.

(Spanish incoming… I can’t tell the story in english, because english it’s not my main language and its pretty difficult find the exact words to describe)
Story:
Llegue a powernotebooks.com luego de un par de semanas buscando los mejores precios en equipos armados.
Ellos tenían un modelo en específico muy económico con una opción (teclado de colores) que otros proveedores no tenían disponible, envié email al señor Donald Stratton el cual respondió todas mis preguntas con prontitud. Le explicaba al señor Stratton que tenía un viaje a Miami/FL el 23 de enero y que regresaba el 1 de febrero a mi país Venezuela, le pregunte si era posible realizar el pago de manera de que obtener el “3% cash discount” y que pudiesen verificar disponibilidad inmediatamente para empezar la construcción del equipo, para que con el envió gratuito (5 days ground) llegara al destino antes de regresar a mi país, efectivamente al llegar a Miami realizo el pago y al día siguiente en la mañana tengo el “tracking number” en mi correo, fue muy rápido o como dirían los gringos; BLAZING FAASSTT!!
El servicio y comunicación fueron excelentes desde el principio, el equipo llego en una caja doble sin ningún tipo de daño, impecable, y con todas las especificaciones ordenadas a powernotebooks.com, además de que en esta orden obtuve un “upgrade” a 8gb 1600mhz sobre los 8gb 1333mhz que había ordenado inicialmente, gratis!!
Son excelentes personas las que se encuentran detrás de powernotebooks.com, definitivamente los recomiendo 100% y pronto hare otra compra, esta vez un equipo equipado con la poderosa Nvidia 680m, luego les cuento como me fue ;)

"I have purchased two different laptops from Powernotebooks.com and I have to say it has been nothing short of outstanding. My first purchase was an ASUS G73JW-3DE. This laptop lasted over 2 years and the price tag for it was still over $1800 on Amazon to date. I sold it for $1600 and decided to put the money towards a newer laptop instead of a desktop. Since my first experience with powernotebooks was so great, I decided to go with them again. My decision to stay powernotebooks was not a mistake. This time I bought a Sager NP9370 running dual Nvidia 680M's in SLI. WOW!! If you are debating on who to purchase a new computer from, you can't go wrong with powernotebooks.com and I give them my highest recommendations. I will be buying from them again for my future computer needs. Thanks.

"They have really won my business for life. The staff and people at power-notebooks were extremely helpful. They cured all my worries about purchasing good reliable laptops from a third party seller. When I first called I was greeted like I was important, and they even offered discounts. I dealt personally with their representative Abe Barnett and he was very kind. He made alternative suggestions about the kind of laptop I wanted. He didn't try to push his recommendation over mine either like most other salesmen. He actually wanted to try and save me more money. The shipping was extremely fast. It came the day before I expected it to come. I am typing on the laptop I had customized two weeks ago. Most computer resellers take two weeks to build it and get it out. They have the best prices on Alienwares if you're from California. These guys are great and I would recommend them to anyone. They can't be beat. They are truly a first rate business."

"i searched for months for a new pc and i came across powernotebooks it looked good then i came here at ressellerratings and saw all the feedback and knew that i dont go anywhere else and it paid off they were awesome im so glad i stayed with them its easy and quick and they help you with every qustion/problem and on top of all honesty they tell you what it is not what they want you to buy "

"Originally, I was going to buy an HP laptop until I found PowerNotebooks.com. I soon learned that you get more bang for the buck so I bought the PowerPro R 11:36-675 laptop. Donald made some recommendations for me so it fit within my budget. He was very helpful. I'm very pleased that they offered a 3 year warranty with lifetime labor and 24/7 domestic phone support. The first week I had a minor problem with Windows 8 not loading. I spoke to Zolton in customer service and he troubleshooted and solved the problem. The Intel Rapid Store Technology just needed to be updated. He's very knowledgeable and was very patient with me. I haven't had any problems since. My laptop is fast and works great. It's also very eye appealing. It's glossy black with a blue lit keyboard. Very sharp. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I'm going to stick with PowerNotebooks.com."

"I recently was given an MSi laptop as a Christmas gift purchased from PowerNotebooks.com, and my thoughts after a few days' use: I love it; I couldn't be happier. The laptop (an MSi GT70) is beautiful. Aesthetically, it's such a sweet machine -- the glossy black finish, the cool MSi logo on its back, the stylish speakers and backlit keyboard -- everything looks amazing. I have yet to play any games on it yet (I'm too into Skyrim on the XBox 360 right now :D), but what I've done online so far has gone exceptionally smoothly. It's the fastest computer I've ever used, browsing the internet, load-up times, and booting the machine up itself. My satisfaction level is at 100%, although the battery life is pretty low (~2 hours 45 minutes at 100% charge), but that I can deal with. I can't wait to install my first game and start playing.

PowerNotebooks is a great site; easy to use, plenty of customization options for the computer model you select, and very responsive sales reps. I give them my highest recommendation.

"great customer service, donald my sales rep walked me through the opuchasing options one by one untill i had exactly what i wanted, without overspending. Im very glad I picked this company over cyberpower pc which ignored me for 3 days while i was trying to spend two thousand on a computer, thanks cyberpower i will definitly reccommend this company to anyone that asks."
