This is because this is a false report. The facts are:
On 3-12-13 11:31AM Pacific Time, over 12 hours before he made this post, we emailed his shipping confirmation with his USPS Registered Mail number, and on the same date, a minute later at 11:32AM, we emailed his paid invoice. He claims to have received the paid invoice email, but not the shipping confirmation email. That is understandable...he is in Afghanistan.
We have had several communications with him since then and he is aware that his computer shipped on the 11th of March, the day before he made this post. He received his laptop over two weeks ago.
He told us that he would amend his post here, and withdraw his complaint with the Better Business Bureau that he also filed AFTER we emailed both the shipping notification and invoice (the invoice he admits he received), once he received his laptop.
He has done neither.”
