"The canvas print I received was received in excellent condition...the packaging was expertly done. The finished product looked exactly like I hoped that it would....the price was also very competitive
I will probably or other products ..... canvas prints from the company."

"posters arrived in excellent condition by the date they were promised. They were packaged very well in a strong cardboard tube. Only downside was they were taped inside another paper. the tape was difficult to remove. But once I did, the pictures were fantastic!"

"This company has very poor customer service and follow-through. We ordered a large quantity of posters, and one of the items was listed as the correct quantity on the invoice, but we were missing one. I looked for a phone number, but they only offer email support after an order is placed. I emailed to check, and it appeared that the person who responded did not even read my email, and simply brushed me off saying that part of the order was shipped separately. When I re-explained the problem, they said they would ship out an additional poster. When we received the poster, the box had been severely damaged, and the poster was obviously bent inside. We refused the UPS package, and two days later, got a new poster tube containing the SAME DAMAGED POSTER. I had to email again, as they have no phone support. Now we have to wait again for the replacement item. Don't waste your time with this store. There are tons of places online to buy posters with MUCH better customer service. "

"posters were well protected in the shipping tube but the posters could've been removed from their plastic tubes to ease the rollout process. store had great selection. thumbs up"

"THE WORST COMPANY TO ORDER FROM!!! I placed my order on January 9th. Had to contact them through email two weeks later because I had not received the posters I ordered. (Realized email is the only way to contact this company, how quaint!) I was told in an email that the posters were backordered. I was charged in full the very next day. I had to email them a week later because I had still not received my order after they already had my money. An email was sent back to me stating they shipped my order the day they received my email after I threatened to go to the bank to have the charges reversed as fraudulent. The USPS tracking code they sent to me in an email to track my order doesn't exist in their system and now here I wait three weeks after submitting my order to see what will happen next. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It will be your worst nightmare!"

"Great selection to choose from and competitive pricing. I bought this as a Christmas gift and it arrived quickly with expedited shipping. The packing protected the poster and frame. I would definitely order from PosterCheckOut.com again. "

"I had never heard of posterchecout.com before, but I was happy with the service I received. I felt they had a good selection and their prices were reasonable given the other websites I looked at. Delivery was fair, nothing spectacular like some amazon.com purchases I made, but it arrived by the time I needed it. Overall I was satisfied and would consider them again."

"I love the service and selection from MY poster store. They ship very promptly and although I have never had to return an item, I am certain they would still provide me with the same great customer service.

On a rating of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, I would give them a 10+."

"Horrible service. Ordered my posters on Dec. 7 2009 told 3-5 days shipping.I E-mailed after the five days and was told everything was coming from the warehouse so I had to wait another 5 days. I won't have the pakage by Christmas My delivery date is Dec.29. 21 days from my order date. Oh yeah and one of the posters is no longer in production but my credit card was charged for it. You would think the company would know if a product was no longer being produced and take it off the website!"

"This outfit is a joke ! They give you a cutomer service web address but you can't even access It.
You call the 800 # and get told for orders only.
They dance around everything. I purchased 2 prints from these jerks and the second one was damaged. The second poster was a hard copy and should have never been wrapped up like a tube and creased in the center, very careless packing I don't care what they say about thier posters are protected by a heavy carboard tube It happened at the time of packing not during shipping , you Idiots A picture like that should be put into a large envolope not rolled up by some careless stockboy/girl I will not pay return shipping for something you damaged at the warehouse and shipped it anyway. I will go back to All Posters.com for all my future purchases. You people suck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
