We ordered a large quantity of posters, and one of the items was listed as the correct quantity on the invoice, but we were missing one. I looked for a phone number, but they only offer email support after an order is placed. I emailed to check, and it appeared that the person who responded did not even read my email, and simply brushed me off saying that part of the order was shipped separately. When I re-explained the problem, they said they would ship out an additional poster. When we received the poster, the box had been severely damaged, and the poster was obviously bent inside. We refused the UPS package, and two days later, got a new poster tube containing the SAME DAMAGED POSTER. I had to email again, as they have no phone support. Now we have to wait again for the replacement item. Don\u0027t waste your time with this store. There are tons of places online to buy posters with MUCH better customer service. Had to contact them through email two weeks later because I had not received the posters I ordered. (Realized email is the only way to contact this company, how quaint!) I was told in an email that the posters were backordered. I was charged in full the very next day. I had to email them a week later because I had still not received my order after they already had my money. An email was sent back to me stating they shipped my order the day they received my email after I threatened to go to the bank to have the charges reversed as fraudulent. The USPS tracking code they sent to me in an email to track my order doesn\u0027t exist in their system and now here I wait three weeks after submitting my order to see what will happen next.
