I was happy to see it quickly delivered to Tempe AZ the second day after ordering. <br>I installed it and it has been working as advertised for the past few days. I followed the installation instructions. After being placed on hold for several minutes, I was politely told the person with the information I requested was on another line and would return my call - no return call received. I called again, two days later and was told by the person who answered that heater lines for the item were not reversible. After talking with a local pool service, I sent an email to Pool Supply Unlimited and was assured, this time, that the heater was, in fact, reversible. After this initial less than satisfactory customer service, I decided, with the email assurance, to place my order anyway. From that point on, everything went smoothly. I received exactly what I ordered with all necessary parts and in superior condition. The heater is installed and operating to perfection. For some reason, I kept going back to Pool Supply Unlimited\u0027s website. It was very informative and easy to use. The price on the Raypak A336 was one of the best online. So, I ordered it. A few minutes later, I received a phone call verifying that I did indeed order the heater. This was done to prevent credit card fraud. They didn\u0027t HAVE to do that, but it was a nice touch. The heater went out that same day! I am very pleased with the heater and I know we will get a lot of use out of our pool this year. Thanks, Pool Supply Unlimited!
