"Excellent prices; wound up buying more items than I was originally shopping for (happily so). Ordered items delivered as and when expected. Very broad selection adressed my needs nicely. No issues whatsoever."

"Delivery was prompt but getting any response to a product that doesn't work is impossible. No response to any email I've sent...I'm sure they blocked me. My problem. Never buy from a company, like this one, that doesn't offer a working support phone number. "

"Yeah like most places...nice prices, easy to order from.

I've emailed them over a dozen times since I placed my order. I'm only being reasonable and wanting to know if my order shipped and when I can expect to receive it. Thus far 6 days later I have not had one email from them other than my order. I checked with my bank and they processed my Visa 2 days after I ordered. I'm glad they got that part figured out for their sake. Too bad I'm probably out of $89. I'm glad it's not a huge sum of money.

Dummy me, I should of looked at their website better. There is no contact telephone number and only a PO Box address. After close examination I only found one email address of which the must never check. It's ironic that the email address is customersupport@thepocketsolution.com. Wonder why they don't check it.

Don't buy from these guys unless you want to be left in the dark and out of your hard earned money.

UPDATE March 20th I received my order. Note: I paid extra for faster shipping (so I thought) One of my items was incorrect. God help me if I decide to send it in for the correct item. I'll probably sell it on eBay, it's easier. AND Still no response to my many emails. I should be happy that my order was shipped.

"I ordered this item and recieved it about one month after I ordered it, I had to dispute the charge via paypal. I contacted the seller numerous times by several email addresses, but never did I hear any thing from them."

"Price was right, ordering was easy. BUT CUSTOMER SUPPORT is non-existant. I ordered this on Feb 6 and it is no Feb 18th and no item. NOt only that but over the past week I have emailed EVERY department on that site THREE TIMES!! I have yet to get a response. BEWARE!!"

"Received wrong item, their website specifies that items can be returned which I finally did after three E-mails were ignored. It has been a month since shipment was confirmed delivered but still no response. "

"I placed an order on Nov21st.
It is not Dec8th.
No merchandise. Credit card charged.
I have found a phone number by the better business bureau.

"I placed my order 10/20/03. My card was charged 10/21. After two weeks without receiving my order, I attempted contact by e-mail (no phone# given on their website). Over the next two weeks I sent 5 e-mails from 2 seperate addresses and never received a reply from the company. Today makes 4 weeks without my order or any contact from the company."
