"play asia is scam site. i orderd psn digital bat they dont send a code. there is not stock, but thereis not notice. it is short selling. ihate play asia.
customer support's first reply was "We are still trying to verify and process your order. We kindly ask for your patience in the meantime. "they did not say "not in stock".ihave to wait waste of time,by three days.support is disgust."

"Play-asia is just fabulous. I have only good things to say except for one thing. -incredibly easy to navigate -great selection -great prices -decent shipping prices
the only downside is when you get the cheapest shipping (economy box) it can take upwards of 3 weeks to arrive. I would suggest just put out a couple extra dollars. it's well worth it. Also they give you a coupon and stickers with every order. Pretty good with preorder bonuses too. 5 of 5 stars :)"

"I was originally thinking of giving all ten until today. I desperately hope this was just mistake but I didn't get what I have originally should have gotten today. There is a SRW ZII hakaihen story digest booklet for those who preordered super robot taisen zII saiseihen. I preordered it on 28th of March and I didn't get it. This is absolute nonsense of the shop taking what is supposed to be belong to the custormer's. I can see they are still selling story digest book togather which I still don't understand.... It means you guys have stocks....
oh and finally Play Asia's customer service is terrible. I have sent several(around 5) and I only got one reply back..."

"I made two orders of the game "PES2012" for Xbox360 on March 24. The advertisement stated that it would be shipped with 1-5 days...
A week later, as one of the requests would be a gift and it wouldn't arrive in time, I decided to cancel the first order. Ok, no problem, the reimbursement was successful, fast service (yeah, very fast!).
But the second request, which is mine, remains with the status "Preparing Order", two weeks after payment. I asked in the same email that confirmed the cancellation of the first request, when they would make the shipment. No answer.
Why? There is no product in stock? Why made the sale then?
I don't want to cancel this product yet, once the payment has been made and I want the game. That was my first purchase at Play-Asia and I'm very unhappy with the service. I hope they can solve it fast."

Update #2: I opened a PayPal dispute but have already closed it. I have had further communications with Play Asia and have come to an agreement. They have worked with me to resolve my issue.
It would not be fair for me to leave a 1 star review now. While it took some work, we did come to an agreement and my past experience with Play Asia had been excellent. As such, I rescind my original review and have removed the original text.
I have also updated my score to properly reflect the excellent experience I had with Play Asia prior to this incident. I am satisfied with the eventual solution for this incident as well and will continue to do business with Play Asia in the future. "
