"I feel upset because pinzoo offered me send by e-mail pin code and instead of that they added airtime directly to my phone and I couldn't add my promotional codes... customer service told me call tracfone because it is not our problem now. Really dissapointed. Not more pinzoo in my transactions. Be careful."

I was impressed at how polite and knowledgeable the staff was. I appreciate that they take the time to directly ask their customers if they are happy. Great service that I will use from now on.
