"Biggest fraud out there. Ordered a power deflection Board for a Samsung TV, received a microwave door instead. This was after the part was shipped two weeks late, and after I had tried to cancel due to the shipment date being delayed so many times. No number to call. Have to email, and it takes forever to get back with you. They give you a phone number, but when you call the line says that they are only accepting calls for new orders. I have filed a complaint with the NY Better Bussiness Burea, but little help so far. DO NOT USE this STORE."
"The WORST customer service, ever. I ordered a very small part, paid too much for shipping, and then waited 10 days for it to arrive and find out they sent the wrong one. They don't even offer a phone number on their website, you'll have to email them, and then after a delay, they write back telling you to call (during their limited business hours). The customer service agent that I spoke with - Johanna - was rude and unaccommodating. You can bet I'm never ordering from them again! "
"I order a light bulb for my TV it did not come with the bracket to hold it. So I had to order another light bulb with the bracket and they will not return the first light bulb. It was 96.00 for the first one and 140.00 for the second one! Thank goodness the second one worked but I have e mailed and called and they will not even return my messgaes or calls!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"
"If you make an order from partstore.com you will be unhappy! 1.There tacking your order sinks. 2.No need to rush any parts it is not going to happen, do not spend the extra money. 3.If you email them do not expect and answer form them.I recommend no Christmas bonus this year. This appears to be a poorly ran company at best. Expect disappointment! I wish I had read the reviews first."
"dont buy anything refurbished from them !! I called them when i recieved the part and told them it looked in very poor condition and they told me if it gives you any problems just call us back ! Well the part lasted not even two months GUESS what not covered at all ! Left two E-Mails no response and called they said to call Gateway ! Gateway said they didnt even reman. the part !! STAY AWAY !!!"
"Wow, just read other reviews because I too am having issues with these jerks. Ordered 10/27/10 received email on 11/10 saying part will ship on 11/18. Website says order is 'in process' as of 11/30 and I still have not been charged for this order. I am going to the bank to place a stop payment on this order. I wish I had found this website before ordering. Now I get to join the 'Got burned by partstore.com' Clan. These people need to be shut down and sued!"
"By photograph this should have been a set of six speaker wires for a Samsung system. Received one (1) wire only and it was priced higher than the original 6 would have been. Called, given a return mailing slip and a new "correct" reorder. Tracking shows part was received on their end. To date, they haven't credited my charge card for the return. They are also incommunicado. Telephone recording states call during operating hours which I am doing (repeatedly), and their site is not accessible. It's as though they never existed except for to steal $60 from me."

"PartStore.com seems to no longer exist. I was excited to find the part I needed and ordered it from partstore.com. They updated me with shipping dates and as of 11/4/2010 I could not pull up their website. I guess nobody needs to worry about new orders from them because they cannot be placed, but should I be concerned about what has happened to them and my order? I would like to know what happened to them."
"I expected a replacement part for my 'dead' 2 year old Whirlpool Duet Steam washer...and it did not show up. Their number (866) 625-7278 states the call center is closed (even though I am calling during their reported business hours), and their web site is not functioning either. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for this part, and am at total loss here!"

"We have a 10-year old Maytag dishwasher and tried from three on-line outfits to get the right wheel assembly for the top rack. They all sent the wrong part. So did the PartStore, at first, but when we complained they IMMEDIATELY had someone handle it personally and the correct wheel arrived today! None of the other sites replied to our complaint. Bravo!"
"In short, a scam, they'll charge you for an OEM, send you an arftermarket part, not tell you about the switch and then say you have to pay shipping in order to return it. Full Story: Searched for my model on their site ("FRIGIDAIRE GLET1041AS2 BELT"), their site lists an original part (134503900, $7.95) and an aftermarket part (137292700, $5.95). I called, was told that the original part was no longer available, so I ordered the aftermarket version. Shipment arrives, they charged me for the OEM part and sent me the aftermarket part. Nice. Even worse, it's the wrong part. Called for a refund, told they were having phone issues, a manager would call me back, call never came. On the phone with them as I type this trying to get an RMA#, even though they sent me a part I didn't order, they're telling me I'll have to pay for shipping to return the part. Wow. HORRIBLE business, I've got ~20 years of experience ordering products online and I can't say I've ever seen anything like , would NEVER use them again. In fact I'm filing a complaint with the Kentucky Consumer Protection agency right now."

"Ordered 5 ink cartage, one of the cartage's leaked, emailed the company and was totally ignored, would never buy from again. ALSO I DO not buy the we didn't get your email excuse any more. Internet companies ALWAYS seem to get it when you placed the order, but never when there is a problem.I have adopted the 1 strike and your out, if more people did, we would all get better service from internet resellers."
