When the first package was received, it appeared to me that part of the order was missing. I sent an email to Provantage to ask about the missing item, and did not receive a reply until late the following morning. By the time I received the terse response from Provantage, the second package had already been delivered, solving the mystery. Had they simply informed me upfront about the shipment being from different warehouses, there would have been less "stress" on my side of the transaction.
