"I ordered Asus V6Va last week and I got it in couple days. It arrives in great packaging and in perfect conditions. This store is very impressive in answering questions, helping decision making and simply by being knowledgable about the stuff they are selling. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy excellent Asus notebook. This is the best reseller out there.

"Ordered a z71v (minus cpu and hard drive) after asking some pre-sales questions. Answers were helpful and to the point. The stuff was shipped in very well put together packaging and included every last piece including unused stickers, etc. Probably much like it was shipped out of Asus. There may be 2 dead pixels but with the 'frosted' looking screen it's hard to tell (more can be said about this, but this isn't a review of the z71v! I will just say that I find the screen easy on the eyes). I did have to assemble everything, as the ram and dvd drive were not pre-installed, but I expected as much with a barebone system, and it wasn't difficult. Would definitely buy from ProPortable again."

"It was easy ordering once I decided which system to get. Sean was very helpful in the last-minute decisions of which features to add/delete. My machine works great, the software loaded just fine and no problem connecting to our server. I would have like to have had more bundled software, but understand their position on selling hardware."

"Excellent experience. PROPortable responded quickly to all my questions before purchasing my ASUS W3V. I even got emails at past midnight from support! Ordering process was easy and my laptop arrived promptly. I felt I was getting expert advice and help throughout, which is rare these days. Yes, you are going to pay more, but for me it is/was worth it. If I every do have a problem with my laptop I am sure PROPortable will be there to help me out. I will look to them again next time I am in the market for a reliable, state-of-the-art laptop. "

"Once I decided what would have been my next notebook (I opted for an Asus W2v) I noticed that the model Asus distributed in my country (Italy) featured much inferior specs than the US model, while costing about the same. I thus opted to buy the machine overseas, as I didn't want to spend that much money for a notebook that wasn't the state-of-the-art at the moment. After some search, I came upon ProPortable. They had the W2 in stock, the price was good, the specifications page on their website was excellent (far better than Asus' own one, to be true) and I received (considering the TimeZone differences) prompt answers to my (SEVERAL) pre-sales questions.
I chose to pay with an international money order, placed it on wednesday, and the following monday my W2 was on the way, on insured FedEx shipping, perfectly packaged and with everything that was advertised as included.
I got prompt responses even to a couple of mails I sent them after the purchase.

The are professional, communicative, efficient and honest. What more can you ask from a reseller?

I'd definitely buy from them again.

"I purchased an ASUS laptop from PROPortable. They are by far the most customer-oriented outfit I've ever dealt with online. The order was verified by a rep that was concerned about what my exact requirements were and took pains to ensure that I got the configuration that would work for my needs. They were not just pushing options at me just to make an extra buck. It was a very satisfying buying experience and I would definitely buy from them again, as well as recommend them to any of my colleagues."

"I first became aware of PROportable while going to school with the founder, Justin. Begining this business while in school, I was able to see the first hand dedication Justin took towards the success of both ASUS and his company. In terms of my buying experience, I have been more than pleased with both the product, as well as the customer service. The product (the W2) came to me flawless, and in ready to operate condition. I have had no problems with the hardware, and even the smallest questions such as help with setting up my wireless connection, Justin seemed to be awlays on the call. PROportable provides excellant customer service, and an outstanding product."
