"I've dealt with many other computer companies, and all I have to say about the customer service of PORTABLeZ.COM is "WOW!!!" I've never had better customer service and technical support from another computer company! I will definitely buy another laptop from PORTABLeZ.COM when the time comes for a new one."

"This, by-far, has been the best customer-seller experience I have had. Lynn Konz, has been the most helpful person when it came to any questions I had. Plus, Lynn was very honest and sincere in pleasing his customer. Going the extra mile gets a 10 in my book. I would buy from him again!"

"This is a little dated but I bought a laptop from this company about 2 years ago or so and I have never once needed to contact them for anything. It has simply never given me problems and this is one of those rare times where I ran into a company that offered me quality at a great price.

I found portablez by way of pricewatch.com and narrowed the selection based on the negative reviews at resellerratings from other companies. This company didn't have any so I took a chance and it obviously paid off.

I have basically a laptop that is more powerful than alienware's high end laptop but paid about half the price yet looks just as cool. I should also mention that this baby is turned on almost 24/7 since it acts as a secondary desktop system and after two years, I can't find one burnt pixel.

I kept waiting every other month for something to go wrong so I could "test" portablez customer support but that day never came and I guess after 2 years it's time to give in and give them my positive review. Sorry for the wait guys, I just had to be sure :)

P.S I was inspired to write this because I was cleaning up my bookmarks list and noticed them in it. I completely forgot to submit something to resellers about them after the first year or so. I believe in karma and it wouldn't be right if I didn't go on record. When I dealt with this company, I believe they only had like 2 posts or something, but this was before resellerratings re-did the site and records, which explains why my old username is no longer valid.

"Visiting Portablez.com was very satisfying. Their website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find all the information about the product I wanted to know at the website. I was completely comfortable making an online purchase through them.

Following my purchase, I was promptly sent confirmation emails. Lynn Konz acted as my Sales Rep, and she made me feel very important during the entire process. All my questions were answered promptly through email. I was even able to change my order without any problems.

Whenever I talk about my notebook I always mention Portablez.com, and have already recommended Portablez.com to all my friends whether they are looking for a notebook or not."

"I can not say enough for Portablez.com's helpfulness. I purchased a Sager 5680V 3.2gig, 1gig ram, 128meg ati video, dual cd laptop from Portablez.com because they had the best price. What a bonus to have polite and friendly customer service as well. They shipped my laptop from California to Florida in only 3 days. As far as performance, there is nothing in this price range that can come close to the performance of this laptop. DONT SKIMP or be fooled by the big name brands. If you want a computer that is supplied with all that you need and nothing you dont then this is the one, everything worked beautifully the first time. They even give you a case for it. This is the first computer that has performed exactly the way it was supposed to. In my opinion the $1820 I spent for this thing was a steal. I have not had to go through any service issues but I expect no problems with portablez.com. You truly will get all that you pay for with this company.
